We could not get two rooms together or even on same floor.

Rooms should have an actual bed/ bedroom

Room was perfect for family of 6. We were right by pool which was easy access to beach and pool area

Laundry. Only allowed to trade towels on Wednesdays and we were tue-sat booking.

There was no breakfast. The beachfront location was great. The facility was clean. We were near my family.

The place was older. There were signs everywhere stating that people can't "reserve" tables and chairs by the pool but it wasn't enforced. There were days when we were not able to be by the pool because people had their stuff covering and taking up all the tables and chairs.

We were not expecting a Small uncomfortable hide away bed. This was never mentioned when we booked it. It was the main reason for a mediocre rating. Could use some more lounge chairs by pool.

Ocean front Very complete kitchen

They promote the room as 2 double beds its actually a murphy bed and sofa bed. We paid extra for an oceanview and what we got was a room with no balcony, overseeing the restaurant where everyone could see you from the tables, we had to change to street view. When we complained they looked at us like the complaint wasnt valid and they had no other ocean views. Our group did have another ocean view with balcony that was very nice and the same price.

-no balcony -tv was not with the bed/a mirror could have been put opposite the TV for us to at least see the reflection to watch from the bed/Murphy bed -sofa hard- I laid out 3 pillows to lay on to watch TV -air conditioning loud/learned how to adjust the direction of vent to keep from right on the bed so cold - bathroom small -couldn’t have snacks/drink at the pool -cleaning vs patrolling who was drinking/eating could have been a solution - fact that couldn’t add a single night somewhere else in the resort(when there was availability) without adding 2 more since our unit was not available an additional night

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great food at restaurant within walking distance. The facilities were kept very clean, staff frequently wiping down items, even when not used. Perfect view of the ocean.

Murphy bed was great for space saving but less comfortable than regular bed.

Clean and smelled great, well maintained, pool was exceptional and walking distance to excellent restaurants
