There was nothing to like

The inconsiderate staff including the owner the facility was filthy there was no hot water

The room was decent for the price and was clean upon arrival

First few days no hot water and it was 12 degrees outside. No clean towels, was told to wait to shower once they got hot water, ended up going buy my own towels and was cloths. Never cleaned nor changed bedding in 2 weeks we stayed. Then had charges for incident deposit show up on Bank account statement that I wasn't aware of... co workers rooms didn't have TV nor a microwave that worked... mattress was old and hard, like sleeping on a board.

Nothing at all. Still awaiting a refund.

They ignored my cancelation request and charge me for the full stay in the room as if I checked in. At most I should have been charged 98 bucks.

All of the staff I ran into were friendly and helpful. Check in was fast, simple & easy. The room was just like the photos, the linens were clean, plenty of toiletries and towels. The pool looked very clean and inviting, however I didn’t go for a swim. There’s a nice restaurant in the building with the pool. All of the staff there were lovely and the food was well made, delicious and quick.

There isn’t much more than cereal and waffles for breakfast, but they’re short staffed and communicate that the breakfast is limited if you read the signs. My keycard stopped working my second day, however housekeeping let me back into my room and I was able to walk down to the front desk later on and the quickly staff fixed it. The fridge in my room did make some annoying noises but it was unplugged when I came in, so I unplugged it again after I ate my leftovers.

This is an industrial area, but the surrounding area was quiet.

Breakfast wasn't as good as it could have been. Lots of items were used up and empty by 7:30. The swimming pool has been neglected.

Wires hanging. Severely handicapped. Ask for bottom floor 3 months in advance. Promised I could get it. No had to go to 2nd floor with no elevator and fell

That the room key wouldn't work had to go get it fixed and the beds are hard hey

It was a decent hotel that was reasonably priced.

After five days I still haven't had house keeping come to my room yet. I don't care if they don't make the bed or any of that, but I can't stand not having any clean towels or washcloths.

Bed comfortable. Room on first floor. Flyswatter provided.

Had to hit door with shoulder (like a police raid) to open or close. Hair dryer broken. Flies in room.

The friendly staff and the price!

The staff was very great

The metal bedframes.... they are terrible. When you rolled or moved they squeaked or sounded like nails on a chalkboard.

I payed ahead on booking.com. Check-in was a breeze. Room was super clean staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

As I said...check-in was surprisingly fast. There was a very nice activity area with swimming pool,Pool table,air hockey,,and even a golf putting area. 😀

convenient to KS turnpike

the room we had was very good sized, with a large bathroom and, believe it or not, a heart-shaped jacuzzi. The room was clean and had great possibilities. Unfortunately, when we entered the room water was dripping from an overhead vent and the A/C was not working. I told the front desk we had no A/C and water was leaking and would ruin their flooring. She gave me a lot of towels and a bucket and told me they would fix the problem tomorrow. I asked to change rooms, but they told me I couldn’t since it had been booked by a third party (Booking.com). the next day, I told the manager personally about lack of A/C and he said he would look into it. We were gone all day and when we came back in the evening, nothing had been done. Still no A/C. This was on a day when the high temp reached 105 F!

Absolutely nothing good about the place

Room smelled like stale smoke and the tub had yellow stains in it. The pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. We left immediately and found a different hotel.

the bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

the breakfast was awful. Very little available. No one to show us. very poor.

Location off of Highway 35 was convenient.

Name brand hotel that needs to be updated. I booked this hotel because it was a Baymont Inn - disappointing.
