The staff was nice and well thorough with the check in and check out process and easy to talk too. The AC worked extremely well.

They do not serve actual breakfast, like eggs and stuff, they only serve coffee, oatmeal, granola bars and muffins. There were bugs, cockroaches and bees, in our room, and the shower wouldn’t completely switch to shower. So the bath and shower were running at the same time, so the water pressure was terrible but it got the job done. Our keys stopped working at one point and so we went down to get them fixed and there was a sign saying that they would be right back. 1 hour and a half later a person finally came in, the last person must’ve silenced the phones because I was calling to see if anyone was in the office and no ringing was happening. Hallways smelt like pee and smoke.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the location is right next to Tanger Outlet.

I was in Rm 223 and the fridge was missing a handle, the ice maker did not work in the fridge and the water in the shower did not get hot it only got slighty warm.

My reservation was confirmed but when I tried to check in I was told I couldn't because my stay was one day and it would have to be 3 or more days. The clerk cancelled my reservation and I had to go find a hotel to stay in. I was 4 hours away from my home

Nothing. We had roaches in our room. Left on 2nd night out of 4

The room wasn’t properly clean. Unswept floor and hairy tub. Dried urine around toilet hinge.

Kitchen utensils and cabinets werent cleaned. They didnt have breakfast just muffins and coffee.
