No breakfast offered. This was one reason for booking this property.

Their was no breakfast offered as advertised, no pool available as advertised, the sink was broke no water came out, and the sofa bed couch that was advertised had no mattress inside of the couch it wasn't brought till the second day. Very unhappy with this hotel.

Advertise what is really available or drop the price for not having certain things available.

New refregirator and new microwave oven

So loud voices from highway near. no hairdryer., but there were a place of it.

Dirty, had roaches and smell bad

The bath tub tile needed work the tile was falling off the wall.the tub had chips in porcelain and rust they say their is utinsaules in the kitchen their isn't.no smoke alarms.cabinet doors dirty.could sign in to the wifi wifi had no security.....

Not much. The exterior appearance is lovely, surrounded by live oak and crape myrtle trees.

The room was not as it was depicted on Booking.com. There was no sofa or comfortable chair to sit in, despite its being a suite. There was a kitchenette but no coffee pot, coffee cup, or coffee. When I asked for a change and for coffee, the front desk staff was unhelpful, promising a change in room for the following day but not following through, and telling me there was no coffee pot available. The first morning, when I got up to go downtown, there was not only no coffee in the lobby at 6:30 and 7:30 but no breakfast at all, no person at the desk. The towels were thin, bed cover thin, shower had little water pressure. Lights in main room were not working. Plugs did not work. I had to return to the front desk twice to get the key card fixed, despite following their direction to keep it away from my phone. Basically, nothing was as depicted and very little worked.

We did not eat the breakfast. The bathroom was ok. Except that they literally turned off the water to our room when we were 20 minutes late checking out and refused to turn it back on.

The room smelled like a cigarette ashtray. The bed cover was stained. We did not sleep well because we were both bitten by something - I think fleas- throughout the night. Then when we were running a few minutes late to check out they turned off the water to our room. And refused to turn it back on. This was insane.

Cockroach in room. No coffee at breakfast. Dirty towels left in room. $100 deposit required even though room was already paid for, not in advertising at booking

it was filthy, cabinets were dirty inside and out, the top of the refrigerator was filthy. it had spider webs on the curtains and the tub had a leak so all I could hear was the dripping water all night. And their pool no longer exist it was covered with cement
