The lobby was welcoming and clean. Our room was clean and ample room. Location is ideal as it is off the main strip but it is very easy to get back to the main strip where everything is located. Pool and hot tub were clean and welcoming as well. We stayed at this property less than a year ago and were pleased so we were excited to rebook.

No one at the desk ever greeted us coming or going. We checked in and out using the app but were in and out multiple times and neither of the attendants ever said hello or even made eye contact (the same lady and man were on duty each day during our stay). The only interaction was when we purchased drinks in the commissary and when asked what kind of cookies were out for the guests. Both interactions we initiated. The breakfast was ample but the quality we didn't find appealing. That can be a personal choice however. The room doors automatically shut, which is great until you have them set too tight and the neighboring doors slam so hard it shakes your wall in your room. We were awake before 8am each morning due to the doors slamming. Our particular room had black stuff coming up out of the sink faucet when we brushed our teeth and the water was not flowing straight down the drain.

When i got there at 2pm all the lights were off in the lobby and there was no one at the desk. I waited for 17min before someone came to the desk and she was not friendly at all. I left her my phone number to let me know when our room would be ready, we went back at 4pm and the man at the desk said our room had been ready that whole time, but did not have my phone number.

The room was very old and dirty. The rooms smelt moldy. The shower didn’t work and leaked. On the website it said the outdoor pool opened on 4/1 but it was not open and it was 84degrees outside. The internet connection was horrible.

Our reservation was changed to a single bed room. We originally booked a double bed room. Not good for a family of four. Had to put two roll a beds in the room.

Location was the best in town. The room was clean and well equipped. The breakfast area was large and well stocked. The Staff was professional and friendly.

The Staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to surprise my daughter for her bday. The rooms were nice, breakfast was delicious and located near so many restaurants and attractions.

The only thing that was a concern were the beds. They were not as soft as I would've liked, but still slept just fine. 😊

The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the blankets were soft. Everything was clean except the microwave.

Hard to get to the entrance. The breakfast could've had more choices like pastries but it was ok. The room microwave had fingerprints all over it. The shampoo did not lather well and would have liked a body wash option I didn't want to use the hand soap someone used so I washed myself with shampoo.

Sharie at the front desk was so accommodating when we checked in. Made sure we have first floor room for my 90-year-old mother. It made everything wonderful. The breakfast was amazing.

Little more movies on TV couldn’t really find that much to watch after we would come in for the night.

Breakfast was good but the comfort of the bed I’m down in my back today because of it, the beds years ago were not like that at all.

We were told we were put in a handicapped room not sure why.

The exterior of the hotel

One night one, as my wife and I were laying down to sleep we found a baby bed bug in the bed. We notified the front desk and they sent maintenance to see what happened. The maintenance worker insisted it was just lint (although we had photo evidence of a bug) but the front desk was able to move us to a different room… which when we entered and checked the bed as we were scarred from the previous room, also had more bed bugs. We left this hotel at midnight to find somewhere else to stay. The CVS we stopped at to buy bleach and Lysol told us this hotel was notorious for bed bugs.

Very friendly front desk lady. We checked in after midnight , and she made sure we had all we needed. Clean room.

The location is excellent! The staff was helpful and friendly, and breakfast was the best selection we have ever seen at a hotel. Our daughter loved the pool!

Beds were not very comfortable and shower would not get hot. Even on hot it was barely warm.

The text messages asking how our stay was going was a nice added perk. It made it easy for me to request additional pillows for the bed. We didn't try the breakfast but it did look decent. Warm cookies in the afternoon/evening were nice as well. The pool area was clean and had someone there restocking towels and sweeping up any debris in the area. All staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful.

Our room seemed stuffy, even with the air set to 67 degrees. We kept the fan running to move air but it was still very stuffy if the actual air was not running. King size beds also need more than 4 small pillows. Minimum 6 pillows for the size of the bed should be standard.
