Courteous staff

I extended my stay and was given new cards but they did not work when returned to the room

We love the location. We like the easy access to the beach. The room was clean. Great amenities! Loved the jetted bathtub! The view was amazing!

There were a few minor, very minor, cosmetic problems in the room. Nothing that caused any issues. Can't really think of anything else we didn't like. The lighting in the living area was a little dim, but I guess I could have moved a lamp or something to improve it.

Our room was in an excellent location overlooking the swimming pool. The open pools were in excellent condition after Hurricane Ian. We enjoyed the quiet laid-back atmosphere. The weather was perfect!

We had no complaints.

The oven did not work, the microwave did not work

Room was good on the last nite I found two roaches n my bed and one n bathroom sink

Pictures online are indeed misleading. Rooms are very outdated and old, with evidence of rusting and mold. If you are not looking for glam, it is very close to beach!

Cleanliness

the room had a beautiful view and everything was clean! definitely recommend this hotel

Walking distance to everything.

All of the fabric furniture had stains. Had to put a. Blanket over the couch in order to sit down. Hair in sinks & tubs. Resort was supposed to be no pets allowed. But saw guests with pets.

The suite with two rooms was very clean and comfortable. It was like a little apartment with a beautiful oceanfront view. It even had a washing machine. We were two families (7 ppl in total) and we were very comfy. Because it was a two room suite (and we were 2 families) we had two parking passes. The location makes it perfect for a family trip. There’s a lot of things to do with the kids. There's an amusement park and parasailing and banana boating at a walking distance. Staff was helpful and friendly.

People smoking weed in the balconies. They didn't offer real breakfast. They had big jugs with black coffee Not enough tables to sit with the family near the pool.

Beautiful room with a beach view. Also near many attractions.

The cost was higher than I would have liked. Wish the kitchen was more updated.
