My whole stay at this location was pleasantly quiet

That the lobby was tiny and that they did not offer any breakfast.

What breakfast? Nothing

Filthy, roaches in bathroom and beds, dirty carpet, very sketchy people staying and wandering around. At one use, toilet was completely clogged with hardly any toilet paper in. Staff had very limited ability to speak English.

The receptionist was rude and his attitude was not professional, need some primary ethics to perform that job

Rooms were covered in roaches. Beds were dirty. Every night I had to fight off at-least 50 roaches. Went through 3 cans of raid. Didn’t sleep the entire stay. Was booked for 7 nights didn’t make it past 2 ! Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Decor, looked like a 70s pornfilm room.

The area was close to the major theme parks.

The room was dirty, there were bugs and the linens were not changed. Also the shower curtains was stained with red and brown spots. According to the people in the room next to us their room was not clean either.

Not sure where all of the 10's and Excellents came from but!!We stayed there 9 days, I had to ask for clean sheets and towels 3 times, so we just went and bought some. They only came to clean the room one time after 3 days after I asked then they didn't change the sheets, They did bring sheets to us and a broom and dustpan to us after I suggested it,. The bed was miserable (Wore out)and my husband literally suffered for 3 days after we got home his back hurt so bad and ON THE LAST day we was there I found a huge cockroach crawling by the trash can and one by the closet and when I cleaned the room the cleaning people hadn't pulled the beds away from the wall in who knows how long and there was so much dust and dirt on the floor the towel I used was black when I mopped the floor...Terrible!!!

Security cameras were not working. Checked out on day 3 of 2 week booking. Took property 3 weeks to get a full refund. Avoid like the plague.

The property is being used for both a weekly monthly rental property and a hotel. Unfortunately it is poorly managed our room was located around long term renters who naturally treated the property like home. They talked outside our room and smoked, both the noise and the smoke entered our room. The property is old and has had some cosmetic renovations, however, poor drywall patch jobs, excessive dusty air vent in bathroom, you could see outside from the bottom of the door. Baseboard moldings not painted. The mattress was low end and uncomfortable.

Stains on the bed sheets, no cold water, double paid.
