Personalized communication

The room was large and furnished very nicely.

The bathroom was the smallest I have ever been in. When checking in no one was at the desk and we had to text to let them know we were there. There is no cell service at the resort and the internet was down, so we had to ask a couple of employees before they found someone to check us in. The morning of check in, the resort texted us to see when we would be checking in. I told the between 4-5pm, normal check in times and we arrived at 4:05 and no one was there. The internet was down at check in so we had to pay cash and I had to ask for a copy of my payment. Check out time was 10am sharp but the restaurant for breakfast didn’t open until 9:30 and there are no other close breakfast spots.

The location is not that good. Service could be better.

The place needs renovations, very outdated. There was no elevator in the building and the check out time was too early at 10 am.

location. nice and quite and convenient

noisy window heating unit. could not get to much sleep. Also, there was a trip hazard going from bedroom area into bathroom. A 7” step up to a landing. Another issue was you had to really slam entrance door to assure closed and locked.

quiet location. activities available on site. accommodating and friendly staff.

all activities are unavailable after 9 pm. no adult-only hours in the pool area (which has ping pong table). no crosswalk to get to the beach across the street.

Was quite enjoyed bar and restaurant

Location is good and it is face to lake. They organize everything very efficiency. They provided all the information that we need to know and the activities we may interest to us upon our arrival. Pool and hot tub are very nice. The room size is good. They offer continental breakfast.

The facility is old. Air conditioner is very noisy and our room is close to restaurant kitchen so that we can hear the fan noise during the day. It is ok during night.
