It was nice and up to date

I didn’t like the no visitors rule. I didn’t feel safe. And my bathroom wasn’t a 100% clean it was hair in the shower. I feel like if a hotel is going to be super strict like they are and I can’t have visitors my room should be tip top clean. I should see no hair anywhere and I should have fresh clean sheets and extra security for my room to feel super safe.

Night staff was nice but not very helpful.

The staff was super friendly. And the room was newly redone.

We loved the night clerk. He was friendly & went out of his way to be helpful. The breakfast was really great!

We did not like having random men walk into our hotel room while we were naked! And then when we called the front desk to address the issue the man hung up on us! We did not like the sink dripping next to the bed all night. There was also a thong left from someone else in the room.

I missed my flight and arrive early morning but stuff were kind to let me have a breakfast a little before open. Also there were warm breakfast, gravy, eggs and sausage ! Makes me happy to eat foods (not just continental) after a long travel hours. I stayed only 3 hours, nothing fancy but the room is clean and I got everything that I needed.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to the fully renovated floor & very nice rooms!! Super service!!

The beds were very comfortable. And the bathroom was ivery clean. Also the price. Was very reasonable.

We were very pleased with our room at the Ramada in Little Rock . Definitely would stay there again.

There was no notice that the hotel was under total renovation. My original room was locked from the inside when I got to it. They had to give us a king room when I reserved two doubles and then we had to switch rooms in the morning. The staff was okay but no one really seemed to know what was really going on. Pretty unprofessional. Booked for the nice pool and hot tub and neither were open. There was also a literal crackhead trying to serve us drugs in the hallway. Super 8 would have been better

I understand there is a remodel going on but the smell was terrible. it also seemed to be a major party spot until about 2:30 outside my window. I should have just got in my truck and went back to the jobsite and slept in my back seat.
