The bed was fairly comfortable so I was surprised

The bedding was stained had cigarette burns the walls had trim coming off the floors were very disgusting almost unbearable to have shoes off

First of all we loved our hostess she was so pleasant and polite...she was very helpful

Cost was good budget-wise. Location was convenient to other restaurants, such as McDonald’s, Braum’s, etc. When budget is a shoe-string that’s a plus. Location was easy access to other main attractions, such as lake. Check in time at 2:00 p.m., was very good, didn’t have to wait until 3:00 p.m., like most other hotels.

No breakfast, due to Covid precautions (info was on web page, so we were made aware). No pool year around as depicted in picture. Not much negative.

How big the room was

That the floors were wet and they had to put two big fans in our room to try and dry them.... The room smelt like mold.

Nothing, other than a pretty good assortment of channels on Direct TV (though the batteries in the remote were on their last legs. Oh, the refrigerator worked and appeared clean.

Cleanliness: dirty floors, black handprints on doors and walls (we cleaned some off to not be confronted with them). Flying bugs, toilet has a loose seat and is loose on the floor, no towel bars, no grab bars around tub/shower, awful strong deodorizer (covering what?), cigarette burn marks and holes in top sheet. blankets are so old they are stiff and in places are missing their facing material. Furniture missing pieces. Breakfast was listed as being included in price, but there was none. Faulty electronic door lock took multiple attempts to operate, every time. Even though we used multiple disinfectant cloths to clean any surface we thought that we might touch, we never felt able to touch anything else without rewashing hands.
