Everything. Location awful. Supposed to be full service hotel yet restaurant and bar was closed.

Affordable, clean, close to King Street. Staff were all terrific!

WiFi was not stable and became annoying at times.

It was close enough to the action in Charleston and worth the extra walk for a lower price.

Although the room was clean I was very disappointed that there was no microwave in room! At this price point there should absolutely be a microwave in the room and overnight valet parking should be included! Paid $305 a night, plus $35 a night for the valet to park my car on arrival. There is an additional $18 charge to have your vehicle retrieved every time you have the valet bring the car around during your stay! Therefore we walked everywhere we went! So I essentially paid $1327 dollars for three nights with this fee and that fee!This is not the Ritz Carlton!

When we arrived Andrea was really welcoming and helpful, I really can't say enough good things about Andrae. The lobby was clean and smelled good. The am valet that was working Saturday was wonderful as well. He parked our truck in a good spot where our CB antenna didn't have to come off and we could easily access our truck. This was important to us because we were paying extra to park it somewhere safe. The room was very clean, which was important to us as well.

What we didn't like was not enough amenities for the cost. It was all the little things that added up that made us sorry we chose this hotel. The pool was dirty, no complementary coffee bar, no breakfast, didn't understand the thermostat to adjust the air conditioner, no laundry bag for dirty clothes, no luggage rack for our suitcase. And the biggest complaint is our truck was not only moved, but the antenna was taken off and someone was listening to hip hop and left it on the radio and tripped the air conditioner, and rummaged through the things in it! All in all, we felt we did not get our money's worth compared to some of the other high end hotels we've stayed at in Charleston.

Convenient to our daughter's apartment. All of Charleston is walkable from this location. Very straight forward place. Allowed for early check-in and late check-out and held our luggage without hassle.

TV was not a smart set. Would have preferred a bit more of the flavor of Charleston in the hotel settings as you do in the older parts of town.

the beds were too soft and made them uncomfortable. The pool could have been cleaner and more lounge chairs available (three is very little), and the staff should know when breakfast is included in the reservation so we do not have to go and ask for the voucher and present the booking reservation to justify

The staff in the cafe were amazing. They were the best part of the stay. The location was fairly good as well.

The wifi was spotty at best in the rooms. The pre-paid costs were not recognized by the hotel and they have double charged me. They have not fixed the problem and refuse to return calls.

We traveled with a child and used a pool twice a day, the room was spacious enough and we even have a big terrace where we had breakfast. Personnel was super friendly and accommodating. Location is good, rooms are clean and pool is working till 10. we had a great trip! thank you

we had issues with the AC - it was fixed once. second time we decided to let it go :)

The eggs benedict were superb and well presented with lots of coffee as well as great service by the dining room staff.

Cleanliness Valet was excellent

Toilet was stopped up when we arrived in our room. Front desk was called and never did see maintenance. When my husband went downstairs to the front desk to see if we could at least get a plunger your worker was too busy talking to the girls on the sidewalk to help my husband. For the price we paid we should have received a room with no issues.

The food was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. The hotel was very clean throughout. Within walking distance from the centre. But there is a free town Dash bus that leaves from the visitors centre, about 5 mins away .

There was honestly nothing bad about this hotel.
