The elevator in the 2nd tower isn’t working properly. We got stuck in the elevator for about 20 minutes

Love the layout of the room and comfort

The room was comfortable a very spacious. Perfect for families and groups

The lobby close at 10pm. The shower tiles were dirties and the parking area is isolated by night

Location is great close to all the parks, attractions and shopping. Staff was helpful and friendly. Kitchen was equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, etc. In the unit we had, the kitchen appliances were very nice and updated.

The couch, bed in the bedroom, and the carpet in the unit needs replacing asap. It's very dated and has had years of wear and tear. Smells are trapped and causes the unit to have a very unpleasant odor. And this triggered my daughter's asthma. We did not get any rest from her coughing all night and had to remove all of the sofa cushions from the sofabed and put a mask on her to shield her from the dust, obvious cigarette odor, and extremely old carpet dust. We never walked bare foot. I showered in my flip flops. The bedroom shower had not been cleaned properly, long strands of hair were present when I went to take a shower. The mattress in the bedroom is in desperate need of replacing. We sank as soon as we sat on it and I was very sore when I awoke the next day.
