the room has dents in the wall, dirty bathroom, broken drawers and chipped and dented head board. the light by the mirror didn’t work in the bathroom.

The room was kinda spacious, smaller than the last one we had.Love the kitchen and that it has a separate bedroom.

The water in the shower never got hot, it was barely luke warm. I meant to say something to the woman at the front desk but got sidetracked when we were leaving.

checking in process was horrible for the second time! Booking states check in at 3 but hotel stated rooms not til 4. rude staff. This is the second time the rooms weren’t ready, making us late for plans.

No snacks in the evening (happy hour). Caulking/sealant in the bathroom was old and dirty. No housekeeping was done after request. Price per night was (to) high.

Ok breakfast, and restaurants close made our stay nice. Pool area open almost all day gave opportunity for morning swim. Friendly staff. Good parking.

Pictures of room made it look bigger. No real area for eating - just one small desk and one chair, made eating-in not so good, even if all facilities were available in the kitchen to make our own meals.

The staff who received us was amazing and welcoming.

Most fittings were old and needs to be changed. The oven switch in our kitchen was bad and broken and it wasn't changed until we checked out, it was very risky but no one cared about that. The rate was higher than the facility and services. Scrambled eggs were served as breakfast almost every other day. House keeping/cleaning happened only once all through our stay and this was really unpleasant, we took out our bin by ourselves and cleaned our room daily all by ourselves, when I called I was bluntly told they don't do house keeping daily that they do it on request.

The location is ideal for anything you want to see downtown

The breakfast had a very decent variety, the whole staff was nice, the location was very convenient with its parking. The pool was also great, the room and the building itself smelled nice and felt modern. The front desk ladies were very helpful. The whole experience was outstanding.

I paid for a suite for 3 people (2 adults and a teen) but only the king bed was made and I had to ask for sheets and make the sofa bed myself. The room was set up for 2 people instead of 3. It is not a big deal though. I would still stay here again.
