Made me sign that they can enter room any time for any reason and that I am responsible for anything missing. Left everything locked in car. Could not understand 2 of staff. Key cards stopped working had to have them rekeyed. Hot tub dod not open until 9 am noisy

Was not a pleasant stay. One staff was yelling at a guest whose wife was pregnant cuz his son asked her for milk for cereal cuz it was empty

It was close to my destination of travels

When I checked in I had to put a $40 cash deposit down. Would have been nice to know when I booked it so I could get cash from my bank. Instead how inconvenient I have to use there machine and get charged a fee plus a fee from my bank. Then I called the hotel to add another night witch they were a le to do no problem. When I checked in I asked.. wanted to make sure it it was for two nights and he said yes as he was checking me in. Then I get a call around 9 pm from the hotel say I needed to see the front desk before I return to my room for the second night because they only charged me for one night. I wasn't able to return until almost 1v30 am because I was in a tournament. I then had to go thru the whole process of checking in again. Then when I checked out I was supposed to give them a receipt they gave me so I could get my 40 dollars cash deposit back but when they cleaned my room after the first night housekeeping had thrown it away. So now I have to give him my I.D again, he goes into the office to get my cash and comes back out to hand me My ID and the cash and then tells me to hold on a minute. He then goes back to the office speaks to someone back there and comes back out and says to wait a minute because he has to go check the room? Felt like I was being treated like some kind of criminal. Isn't that why you sign a contract when you check in? So if there is damage the charge it to your card. Never have I ever had to endure this humility checking out of a hotel before. Not to mention there screw up the night before and having to go thru the whole checking in again. For all that inconvenient from there mistake you would think they would have been a little more accommodating. For that I give the service there a 1 out of 10.

Too much chlorine in the pool. Breakfast was not eatable. Very little options.
