Room we were given had bugs in and on the bed. We were transferred to a different room. Management contacted us and it seems this was an isolated incident. We were refunded for our inconvenience. Very impressed with this hotel. We appreciate the apology and the phone call.

Great location, clean hotel, nice big rooms, and everything you could need in a hotel. When they say “pet friendly” they truly mean it! The front desk people were amazing on every interaction we had with them. I would definitely recommend this place. We will be back for sure on our next trip!

I had reserved a room in advance, after shopping for the day and excited to lay down I was shocked when my card was declined; I had hit my spending limit and yes that is my own fault. Correct. But to have your employee who smelled of an ashtray tell me I have no money so it’s not working is disrespectful, I have more than enough money to stay at your hotels for weeks. I went to the ATM which was no problem to pay for my room which is fine as it is my own fault that my card did not go through but her attitude was atrocious. Upon asking if there was a vending machine somewhere later that evening she told me no and failed to mention I could purchase the wall of food behind her, but in her mind I had no money so what’s the point I suppose? After that my remote did nothing but change the volume so I was happy to watch the weather channel all night with no assistance. Luckily I will not stay here again unless I know Mollie has the day off.

I didn’t stay the night, I booked a room online and was told to leave by the lady at the front desk because she had no rooms . Then my booking date changed somehow to another day a week and a half later and I tried to cancel it and nothing has changed in the 3 times I’ve called. I’d like my money refunded back please it was 108.00 dollars to get kicked out of a hotel that I paid to stay at for absolutely no reason other than misunderstanding what the lady at the front desk told me one time. She should be reprimanded for being so disrespectful to someone who is a customer that was nothing but respectful to her. Also she made a comment about me taking a cup of coffee before I purchased a room like it was a serious problem that I was drinking it without being able to stay there and for what reason? I’m just saying there was no reason for any of it. I would have never said a word if she had just asked me to leave kindly and didn’t treat me like a piece of garbage and scream at me.

The GM Cherri and Chris did well I'm accommodating info and small talk to the way where It made it really easy to get comfortable, The staff also did the same in a very real manner and fun too , along with the community of people that were there checking in or checking out the conversations that were had made it definitely one place I'd be willing to stay time and time again
