No Ice on site, parking instructions unclear. Cars parked in front of dumpster because instructions said to park left of rooms. Should state left of rooms head-in. Or mark parking on pavement

Noise. Value not there. Everything was closed for the first few days we were there (laundry that was connected to hotel). Other businesses downtown. Not intuitive! No one around to answer questions! Our stay was for nine days! I wouldn’t do that again!

Very clean room on a quiet road. Easy access to everything I wanted to do in seward. Felt like a very safe area. Everything I expected. I would definitely stay again.

The TV was Roku and the internet was spotty so the TV didn't work sometimes. There is also a window above the door that could use a curtain during the summer months because how the beds are faces the sun came through the window all night.

Room was tidy and modern. Loved that it had such a deep tub where I could soak after a long cold day.

The place was very clean, and comfy. The location was excellent, only a few minutes from everything. We arrived very late in the night, but the contactless access to the place made everything super simple.

The heater didn't work properly, so the room was a little too cold the first, night, but it was ok the other days.
