Great location! Staff was friendly.
Could have been cleaned better, there wasn’t any hot water at all. Lighting was dim.

I loved the whole stay. Location was perfect distance to main shopping and business district. The room size was larger than I expected. The beds were comfy. The TV/cable was perfect for spending the whole day watching shows on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc... The bathroom was nice and clean and fully stocked. The complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa and hot water was wonderful and convenient in the lobby. Lastly and the best thing about this place is the front desk receptionist Maggie. She was AWESOME. She helped my family and I with everything requested and more. Her presence definitely made our stay comfortable and homey. Many thanks to whomever hired her and especially many more thanks to Maggie B. Because of you we will definitely be returning.
Just that the window screen was torn on the bottom and it let in many mosquitoes. So I had to keep the window closed the whole stay which made the room warm.

Location was excellent, the staff polite and their pet friendly policy was great!
It would be excellent if they made a few more ADA accessible rooms available! The current rooms, with the small bathrooms are difficult to use with none walking/wheelchair bound family members!

The only positive thing about Marine Motel is the location
The first room keys they gave us I walked in the room, it was dirty so I turned down the sheets to find many many blood stained. The floor had NOT been vacuumed the window was broken. My first thought was to get the heck out of there. BUT, I went to the office and told them about the room. They grabbed some keys to another room to show me that was just as dirty. I finally settled on the forth room but they had to come and clean the floors, give me new towels and pillow cases. The vacuum they used didn’t really pick up much. They did bring brand new pillows and a can of Lysol and a can of Febreeze. We felt stuck because there we not any other hotels available. I would NEVER stay here or recommend that ANYONE stay here.

Room was as expected for the price. I like that it was close to where we needed to be. Room was clean. Overall i am not disappointed at all with my stay.
The bathroom and tub was quite small. My knees were nearly touching the walls when sitting a toilet and i'm a pretty short gal. 5'1" that is.

Dirty room in desperate need of an update marks on walls, on sink Shower curtain, carpets stained Room was very hot and it was 50 degrees outside We tried to open a window, but screen had holes and bugs would come in. When we asked for a bar of soap for the sink, we were given a hard time We were told that we already were given a soap (teeny, tiny btw) but that was for the shower. On top of everything, room smelled (old, moldy?,) I would never recommend this motel

The front desk women was very helpful. Location was convenient to cruise ships.
No heater - was told that if heat was turned on, then rooms would overheat. Heater cover was partially falling off. Bathroom sink was oddly just about knee height. Dim lighting - florescent bulbs were mounted above the bed in such a way that you couldn't sit up in bed without hitting the light fixture. Amenities bare bones - not even a glass in the bathroom. Room was very depressing and was misrepresented in the online pictures.

Room appeared to be in the middle of a renovation, heat not available, price too steep for the quality of the place but the sacrifice for going during peak tourist season.

Location is great! facility is a bit outdated, but common for Seward. Room is big and clean.

Two queen beds for each of us, spacious bathroom and vanity all on the same level. This is an excellent price plus Terry was super helpful, responded immediately when I needed something.
Maybe just wet vacuum clean the chairs.

there was water, coffee and tea bags available at all times. close to the peer where you pick up the boats for tours. safeway done the street.
expensive gas in that area, not related to hotel, but for just the area, if you can drive further down into next town. it was quiet. 1 floor.

the beds were uncomfortable. there was a leak in the hallway, but didn't bother us. they were working on getting it fixed. he was very apologetic every time we saw him. cold shower 1st morning. he said even in busy season, they never had that before. he checked boilers immediately and they were on, just not at that time. that night it was hot again. didn't chance it for the morning. however, sink water was hot, so should have been fine.

Very homey, comfortable and well furnished. It is very close to everywhere I needed to go. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and kept me well informed of a plumbing issue that was being worked and required a temporary shut-down of the water. The problem was fixed quick and caused me no inconvenience.
I noticed the smoke detector was missing. Also, it would be nice to have a fan in the room. The shower head had a running leak.
