Location is great

Bed is awefull

It was clean, and the young people with whom we interacted were pleasant enough. That is about all.

We booked this studio apartment because we needed a place to stay the week of the Mt. Marathon race and nothing else was available. Check-in was not till 3pm but we were told that we could leave our luggage at the office and they would lock it up for us. When we returned around 5, our bags were still in the front room, the door was open and there was nobody in sight. Seward may not be a hotbed of crime, but that is still irresponsible. (By the way, the outer door to the B&H building did not lock properly either.) After calling, we found out that they could not deliver our bags to the Brown and Hawkins building, so we walked over in the rain (not far). We found an apartment so small that we had to unpack on the sofa in order to have room to stand. In order to sit down for breakfast we had to move the TV to the floor and move the table near the bed, as there was only one chair. The view was of a neighboring roof and nothing else. The "fully equipped kitchen" had a very small assortment of mismatched dishes etc., including only one dinner fork, one soup spoon, and one cereal bowl. An email requesting more, plus a second blanket and a bottle of body wash to replace the practically empty one, received no response. When we called we were told that they only check email once a day, at 3am. The fact that there was no housekeeping would have been fine if there were a broom, mop, etc. available and instructions for what to do with trash; there was none of that. We might have accepted most of this if the place had been cheap. We were charged $275 a night. By comparison, the elegant Seward Hotel nearby would have charged $250 for a deluxe queen room that same week if there had been one available.

Location and historic building.

Great location and the room was clean. No cable 1st day but they got a new tv. Love the historic building. Overall good stay.

Clean and comfortable with a great view. Close to everything in Seward. Generous room and bathroom size.

Great location and very clean

Room advertised and confirmed a Queen sized bed. However, it was only a Full sized bed - which is small for couples.

The apartment was in a historic building right in town with free parking out the back. Bed and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well appointed. Felt spacious. Access was easy with a door code. Would definitely stay again.

Weak Wifi but we kind of expected that.
