There was a pool and front desk staff were nice.

Paid almost 300 for one night and the tv was small and on the opposite side of the room. You couldn't watch properly from the bed. The bed was horrible. You felt the springs and it made noise every time you moved. The website said full breakfast yet it was only cereal and waffles.

Staff was very friendly, we did have a problem with the bedding, which we showed the housekeeper and she fixed the problem immediately. Hot tub is very nice

One of the other guests that was staying there just about ran into our car. It definitely wasn’t the hotels fault, but that was the only thing we didn’t like about our stay.

Best park we lived was the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Our kids loved the pool and we could relax in the afternoon. The riverwalk park is also quite close by

The week day desk manager was great and helpful.

There was a variety at breakfast, but very few that my daughter and myself ate. They had toasters and jelly but only bagels, no bread. The " hot breakfast" was coffee and waffles. My daughter and I waited till the pool opened, and walked down there. My room key didn't work on the pool door. A staff member was behind us and let us in. Saying that we were too early for the key to work. Our room was a king size bed room. I listed me, my husband and our 5 year old daughter in the booking. But the room wasn't big enough to comfortably to put a twin blowup mattress. There was too many furniture pieces in the room. ( there was the bed, two nightside tables, a desk, a desk chair, a cushion chair, and a dresser with fridge and microwave.

We go to La Crosse several times a year to visit family. we always stay at a motel with a pool so the grandkids can swim. Even though most motels specify for guests only, have never been charged for the grandkids coming to swim. This time I received a $50.00 extra charge. We will never stay here again.

Very clean and well kept, breakfast was basic and it does good for the tummy. The pool and hot-tub are amazing! Very hot hot “hot tub” the wife loved it and a very large and deep pool- the pool water tasted salty so more a better chemical then bleach! And visiting during the week for our visit we where the only one in the hottub/pool

The bad was very hard! Sleeping or prolonged sitting or laying on the mattress caused stiffness and pain
