Spacious room

It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Nice pool. Would have liked to have continental breakfast. Bought breakfast at the cafe and wasn’t impressed. Pancakes were hard and dry.

Clean and close to dining places & attractions

Our rooms smelled like weed & were very stuffy.

The room was great. We were on the 1st floor right next to the pool. Enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was just opening with new owners, and we were one of their first customers. Food was great and the owners were very friendly. We also got to park inside a gated area, which made us feel safer.

The location to Burbank Airport was fantastic! My reservation was handled well. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool looked inviting but I didn’t have time to use it. I like the retro building.

The facility was rather shabby and needs maintenance. Hallways weren’t very clean, but the room was. Pleased that it didn’t have carpet.

Checked in and walked into the room only to find that the room was clearly and visually partially cleaned. One of two beds sheets had a pubic/hair, along with the bathroom tub. Housekeeping was sent by the front desk only to have housekeeping personnel, wipe the tube down with a piece of toilet paper, and toss in trash. Sheet where replaced (which we didn't expect anything more) Never was I offered an alternative room, a clean one! I travel with children, so luckily, I prepared for scenarios like these and cleaning supplies. Regardless, the lack of carelessness was quite upsetting. When I asked to speak to a superior, I was advised to call GM on Wednesday. Leaving me to wait 5 days to address the issue, I found it very hard to believe that there was absolutely no one available to speak to for 5 days...

Spacious rooms and nicely remodeled.

Outside looks run down and same with exterior corridors could use some renovation. Dirty bedding and towels in overflowing containers in the hallways waiting to be washed.

The staff was excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. The bed was comfy, and the place was clean.

The walls and ceiling were thin. We could hear our neighbors talking and walking.

It was convenient to Universal Studios which was about less than 7 miles. It also had a small parking lot which was gated.

If you like to check in a little bit early expect to pay an additional $45 extra. Definitely not worth it when other hotels do not charge.

rooms were extremely clean. no old smells. big size room.

room 303 has the sliding window that did not close all the way so we heard the traffic all night.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, comfy beds, good climate control.

Wifi was very spotty. Clearly the bathroom could use water damage repair work. The worst was not having proper breakfast available, as advertised. And the fact that now you have to make a reservation to get your room cleaned. Also the walls are thin and noise from upstairs, next door and outside were bothersome.
