I liked that the property was quiet and safe. The room was comfortable and had a nice vibe. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was spacious but could be newer.

The property manager only knows how to scream. When asked that she not scream, she screamed back, "That's my tone, I'm not screaming". Huh? No hot water for 36+ hours. Parking lot filled with junk cars and large Vehicles. Great stay if this is your last stop to skid row.

The location was nice in Burbank, and it was around a lot of great stores. It was easy to use the showers and return the keys when the trip came to an end. The added fridge was also nice to keep the items colder.

The parking could have been a lot better for the people staying there because it was very tight to get in and out. At one point the toilet was leaking but it was an easy fix in my case that didn't require too many changes,.

This was a very last-minute trip and other hotels were booked so I chose this motel for its convenient location to where I needed to be. I was a little taken aback when required to give a deposit for the key and tv remote. There were no cabinet doors on the bathroom sink. But the place was clean and fairly priced.

The furnishing in the room could be complete.

Just about everything, Except the bathroom area. The bathroom had a bad odor. I don't know why?

The bed was incredibly hard. Toilet paper holder roller was broken. Mini fridge raider was not working and not clean. Could use a lot of attention and some upkeep.

Staff came in everyday and changed our towels and emptied trash. We make our beds in the morning so no need for that.

I always like the property itself… Very clean and up to basic standards…

This time upon checking in, I’m guessing it’s the wife who checked me in… But she seemed to just bypass the fact that I had a reservation through booking.com… I tried to get my rewards for this stay and she totally dismissed the fact that I had a reservation and basically just recorded me and didn’t clear my reservation through here… I checked in around 4-430 or so and my reservation is still not cleared up on there so nor the site… Very nice lady… But just doesn’t seem to wanna honor that I would like to earn my points or rewards for the stay… I absolutely like the gentleman of the property… He’s very on top of the system and accommodating… Overall though, this place is pretty awesome…
