Room was infested with bed bugs the where all over the top of our bed

The fact that wifi is spotty and the fact that u cant get clean towels unless u pay a fee front desk night shift person was rude.

everything was great clean comfy and would defiantly a stay close to home not all stay but a majority if them were fantastic!!! love love it so did my kids sand fiancé i did not want leave lol but cant wait to return.

literally horrible. there were poop stains all over the bathroom and semen and pink stains all over the bed. I was appalled and disgusted.

the front desk guy had no clue, the rooms smelled really bad, the sheets were stained yellow, and there were spiders in the beds.

Nasty. Pushed into staying in a smoking room because their phones were out while I was trying to check in only 1hr early. I had requested it online 3 days earlier.No one responded. Put in room on 4th floor...farthest room away from front door & my vehicle. 67yrs who had to walk her dog 6 times a day. Had to wash my own sheets for $4 because I drooled on them. Carpet in room was filthy. My socks turned black. Ashes behind nitestand. Stovetop dirty. Trash left in cans when I checked in. No towels when I checked in. Was followed & intimidated by a group of men who tried to gain access to hotel why I was using my keycard. Housekeeping only comes bi- weekly.AC blew foul odor into room made me, my dog, & my clothes stink. Hallway always smelled like Taco Bell & dirty ashtrays.

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The establishment smelled and was dirty. The bed was EXTREMELY HARD and UNCOMFORTABLE. There were roaches in the room. The lady upon checkin was pleasant but never saw her again at the front desk. I will not nor would I ever recommend this place.

Reasonable rate but was higher for the quality of hotel.

Bathroom was dirty and something sticky all over the floor. Tiles peeling up on floor in bath and kitchen area. In dire need of maintenance. Upkeep has been neglected for quite some time. Also charged a $100 refundable security deposit upon arrival. This was not advertised until you arrive.

No shampoo. And none available

There was no soap in the bathroom no shampoo

It was a place to lay our heads in an emergency due to car breakdown.

The elevator floor was sticky. The furniture in the room was extremely dusty. The sink was dirty. There was no shower curtain.

The hallways were not air conditioned which made them hot and they didn’t smell good at all. Outside the front door of the hotel, where you step off of the curb and into the parking lot, there were hundreds of cigarette butts…very unsightly. Room cleanliness was not good. I cleaned up some stuff (?) that was on the floor. Carpet needed vacuuming. Very poor overall!

Clean up the parking lot. Air condition the hallways or at least get rid of the offensive odor. Clean the rooms properly.

Roaches in my room My door was broken and the keycard wouldn’t work. My ESA almost got trapped in the room.

A deposit was added to what I already paid for the room and was told if I didn’t pay it I couldn’t stay and also we had 2 cockroaches in our bathroom

Towels were clean and A/C and tv worked well.

Bed linens were dirty and no hot water on first night. Went to office to see about getting sheets replaced but no on in office. Mattress felt like sleeping on a brick. Not worth what I paid.
