Room wasn’t clean at checkin

Room was clean. Bed sheets and pillows smelled good so it was comfortable laying on.

Although the hotel is a little less then a mile from Disneyland. It felt like a longer walk back at the end of the day, because we were so tired of walking at Disneyland all day.

Breakfast was amazing staff was very nice

If the pool was not heated there is something wrong with it and I thought I was going to get a bigger deposit back because there was no issues with the room it's a little too expensive for me next time

I loved the large size of the suite close location to the Disney parking lot.

Rooms are very small for the price, very basic. The lobby is nice , and recreation are is nice

The location was great. The property was nice, though the rainy weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool or sports courts. There was an evening social that offered an array of salads and snack options, as well as adult beverages. The breakfast was enjoyable and had a nice variety. We utilized the contactless check in, which was great. I also received some text messages greeting us and welcoming us to the location.

The 2nd television and several outlets in the bedroom did not work. We call the front desk several times regarding this, but no one ever came to our room to fix or see about them. We also would have enjoyed more breakfast meat options (non-pork).

Breakfast choices were great, suite had plenty of space, loved that there was a full sized fridge and microwave! Bathroom could use extra lighting in shower, but manageable. King sized bed was nice too. Cable TV options were good too. The staff was friendly and exceeded expectations from the front desk to the breakfast staff, thank you! Nice that there are EV chargers available. Next time will have to stay longer to take advantage of gym, pool, jaccuzi, basketball hoop, mini golf, etc. Didn't purchase anything from the minimart, but it's nice to see they had a variety of ice cream in the freezer. Hotel location is close enough to the Toy Story parking lot, a 10 min walk (0.4 mi), so walking there and going through the parking security check line is short, easier and better than walking all the 20 min (0.8 miles) to the front long lines security gates at Disneyland.

A/C fan kept going to "auto" when I wanted it to stay on "high". Overall, the room facilities aren't modern style, but they aren't so dated either. Sofa could be updated, no throw pillows and is firm, but neither of these things are game changers.

The cleanliness of the facility was impressive, staff were actively cleaning and working most of the time. The staff were incredibly nice. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome and gave us a great welcome every time we walked into the lobby.

Breakfast is decent but could use some variety. Still good for a quick breakfast before a long day at Disney.

The location is superb - front desk staff excellent - housekeeping staff excellent - breakfast staff excellent - Family loved the hot fresh waffles at breakfast! - rooms very comfortable - air conditioning great - included buffet breakfast fantastic - coffee on tap 24/7 in reception great - coffee machine in room great. Lots of baggage carts available. Easy access to Disney via shuttle or a little walk away. Target a couple of blocks away to stock up on whatever (under $10 for uber trip back!) - lots of Ubers around: no need for a car. Area safe to walk around: although there are a few unlucky people sleeping rough in the vicinity they are very pleasant and no trouble - talk to them, they are human!!

Let down by maintenance not attending to blocked sink in kitchen on last but 1 day. Would be great to have hot vegan options for breakfast. Cooking facilities in room not great: had to get plates/bowls & cutlery etc from breakfast service.

Clean and close to Disneyland

The bed was not comfortable at all. Seemed old and felt like I was sinking in.

Breakfast had options, room was very spacious and cleaning crew did a great job everyday. The front staff was also great.

breakfast-cheerios and honey nut cheerrios were mixed up. Breakfast was also very chaotic unless you came very early. Room was good space, air conditioner was a bit noisy and so was the shower when running.

Breakfast was okay, nothing major, I wish they had more staff present to keep things in order or clean. There was a hair right by the spoon of the hashbrowns. The rooms OMG! Beds are so uncomfortable, pillows stinked, sheets felt weird. Then we had a sofa bed, i understand that yes sofa beds arent going to be 14 inch mattresses. But this one was ridiculously small and thin and so uncomfortable. So if you get a sofa bed, good luck! I would say sleep on the floor. Even then the floor carpet looks disgusting.

Everything the room the beds, the hotel itself was horrible!

Breakfast was amazing! loved that it wasnt the same every day. The room was perfect for our family of 5 especially with little ones they enjoyed the space. We loved the Fridge and complimentary goodies.

The WIFI never worked, But it wasn't that big of a deal as we only really went to the room in the evening. Wish parking was Free. The only other want would be free travel to Disneyland as the walk to the parking structure with three little ones was pretty difficult on them.

The suite was roomy, and I liked that the vanity/sink area was outside of the bathroom, it made it easier for everyone to get ready each day. The kitchen was convenient, and the free breakfast was very good. Staff was amazing- super friendly and helpful, and the young woman who helped us with our check-in was warm and welcoming. We will be returning to stay here again.

I literally cannot think of anything that I didn’t like about this property (and I’ve traveled for years to dance and cheer competitions, so I’ve stay at many hotels in the area).

Better than expected, they were very nice and friendly, hotel was clean, amazing amenities, great service overall.

I wish parking was included with the price or even free
