Not very clean. Bathtub wouldn’t drain. Only a fitted sheet in 2 of the beds

It was close to Disney. I loved that you did not have to keep up with a key. I really like that they checked your credentials before you were allowed to enter.

I did not like the fact that the dryer did not dry our clothes very well. we had to run the dryer several times to get one load of clothes dried.

The location was perfect, the gatehouse was friendly and the rooms / space and beds were perfect for our needs and very comfortable.

I like that it was a gated community!! The resort was very well kept, the condo we stayed in was very clean!! They had it decorated nicely!! They had a swimming pool and a basketball court….other things as well…this is just what we used while there! I would definitely recommend this resort‼️

Nice and clean condo. This gem was comfortable, great amenities, spacious, and had everything you would possible need! Definitely will return!

Screened in porch was nice

Porch chair cushions were ratty. A/C unit was old and undersized with a filthy filter. Kitchen was missing basics like mixing bowls, liquid measuring cups and silicone mixing scrapers. Only the MBR mattress was comfortable, the others were awful.

The condo overall is a good size and spacious. The beds were a good size and surprisingly comfortable. Overall it was clean upon arriving. It’s located on the second floor and there’s no elevator access. It had all the kitchen utensils and appliances needed. It has a balcony. For the price, it’s a good deal as it’s close to all the Disney parks, restaurants, gas stations, and Publix. It does have several amenities.

It was unusually cold the week we came and I couldn’t adjust the thermostat higher than 71. Made the stay inside the condo uncomfortable as we had to wear winter clothes inside because it felt colder than 71. A few of the towels and wash clothes were old & stained and dish cloths were not supplied. Only 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1.5 rolls of toilet paper were supplied so I would recommend supplying more. I would also recommend someone checking the kitchen chairs as a few of them were very loose and if it were to break, someone would get injured as they are the tall chairs. There were some stinky clothes on the left side of the dryer from a previous guest so please have someone remove them as we left them there. The condo overall could use some updating as the kitchen counters were old, paint chipping off the doors/walls/frames, some of the doors / walls had dents, and the bedroom with crib had a piece of the flooring missing and the door wouldn’t close. I would also recommend supplying more blankets and pillow cases.
