Very rude and lazy staff. Will never stay there again.

Good size room. Good shower. Good workspace and chair. Comfortable bed.

My room was not serviced for the 3 days I was there. Breakfast was served on plastic and tasted like plastic. So much plastic waste! How about this hotel starts the trend of recycling in USA. Walls very thin and I could hear everything from next rooms.

The cleanliness

When we arrived, there was one guest in front of us. The desk clerk left the desk for over 20 minutes. She didn't say why she was leaving or if she was coming back. When she came back and finally acknowledged me, I asked of I can pay cash. She told me I already paid Booking.com. I informed her that I did not. I was finally able to pay cash but our rooms were not.ready. The next morning, I received a call from the hotel. They told me my credit card was declined. I asked why they're trying to charge my credit card when I already paid $416 cash. Very poor customer service

They scam you! They took money from my credit card without notice and without Any reason. They claim I stayed longer although we had proof that we took a plane to different state! But the bank and lawyer will take care of those scammers! And booking.com did not help you at all!

Beds were comfortable and the front staff was very nice

Bathroom had hair all over floor. House keeping was on out floor and I asked them to vacuum up while we were gone and they did but I don’t think they ever cleaned shower. I went there take a shower next day and it filled up with water and there was so much hair in the drain from the previous person and it was disgusting. It wouldn’t of been noticed unless you moved the plastic pad that was over drain but it would of been something that the housecleaning staff would of noticed had they cleaned properly. Also the lady in charge of breakfast seems like she hates her job!

The location was good in relation to closeness to family who live in Rochester Hills. The room was attractive.

There were several issues I ran in to: 1) the tv remote wasn't functioning properly. The front desk said that they'd send someone up to look in to it but they didn't. I complained to the front desk the next night and they gave me new batteries (which did fix the issue). 2) the shower door didn't close fully (about a 1-1/2" gap) so I had to use 1 hand to keep it closed while showering or mop up the floor after the shower. 3) They advertised a full breakfast (they even had cards on each table showing eggs & bacon) but none of that was available on any of the 3 mornings I was there. 4) The elevator made strange noises on one night and the door opened very slowly so my party and I decided to carry our belongings up the stairs to our rooms instead of risking getting stuck on the elevator.

What Breakfast? The oven was not working, or at least that is what we were told.

The bed. Needed new batteries for the remote for the TV. Breakfast see above. canceled our second night.

Location was great.

We were told that hot breakfast was included in our rate, but it was only continental. The price of the room was pretty high for what we received. The people staying above us stomped around until 4am.

Did not partake.

The cleanliness of the room. It had an old smell. Cobwebs in the windowsil with debri.....dirt & paint chips. The floor around the pool was uneven and water sat in the area in front of windows and gym.
