the views from our room and by the elevator were amazing. Breakfast so delicious, and staff so kind and helpful.

please don’t charge your guests to park there. we are already paying a good dum of $$ for the rooms.

Localização muito boa, especialmente para quem vai para o terminal de cruzeiros (basta atravessar a rua). Ótimo café da manhã. Cama confortável. Acesso fácil por transporte público (trolley atravessando a rua, estação de trem há poucos passos, ônibus com paradas próximas). Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Lavanderia disponível. Mini mercado dentro do hotel.

O ralo do chuveiro estava um pouco entupido, acumulando muita água. Mas esse foi um problema pontual. Faltou só um cofre no quarto.

We liked the spacious room with the wonderful view. The location near the harbor and close tot Santa Fee Station was very good. The best was the rooftop restaurant at sunset with delicious cocktails and food but it is not a proper restaurant.

The hotel is overpriced. It's just a business hotel, nothing special. The breakfast was quite poor. No healthy food, no real bread, bananas were the only fruit. Breakfast is until 9.00 am and they start clearing up at 8.45 am. There are no possibilities to have lunch in the hotel. After breakfast and until the rooftop bar opens you can't get anything to eat or drink.

I love the most there are kitchen appliances in the room, fridge, cook tops/stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, sink, even simple cooking & eating utensils (pots, plates, bowl, spoons & forks! Sofa Bed can convert into a bed, that my 10 years old sleeps there. The Mini Market Downstairs, My daughters & Myself love it, and The Laundry (Washing Machine & Dryer) on Level 17, Perfect for a family with your kids like mine, Also very beautiful location, view from our room is amazing.

From the valet to the receptionist & all the staff there, very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Beautiful view, and I loved that they had a full-size fridge, kitchen, dishes, and silverware. Everything I needed was in our room. The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a pull out couch. Extra pillow & blanket. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, They had many options. They also have a little market where you can buy snacks, sandwiches, and other food items. We stayed there for an event that was at the waterfront. It was walking distance for us, so that was a plus. I definitely recommend staying there. Beautiful hotel and exceptional staff.

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

The included breakfast was very good, especially the waffles! The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly.
