The bed was too soft.

Spacious and convenient, lots of food nearby and the room was big. 10mins walk to Warner bros studio. Breakfast was simple but enough
A little noisy in the morning. Carpark has no security but was quite safe.

Close to Universal Studios Hollywood, lots of restaurants nearby, clean facilities, breakfast included, both gentlemen at check-in were kind, held our luggages for us while we went to the park until we were able to check-in after 3:00pm, comfortable beds, bathroom & living room, 2 levels of free parking in underground garage.
Breakfast ends at 9:30am, no early check-in available

I loved the cleanliness of it the location I will be booking with you again when I come back to that area and I will recommend anybody that goes to that area to stay at that hotel
The breakfast could’ve been better meaning I stayed there for three nights and four days and it was the same exact breakfast sometimes there would be different kinds of yogurt sometimes or wouldn’t but otherwise it was good

The facility and room was very clean and the neighborhood was pristine. We walked to a pizzeria down the street and had the best pizza we’ve ever had. The breakfast in the morning was great, I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!
The price was a little steep, almost $500 for a room on Christmas Eve.

The space of the room
I was disappointed in how the parking was ,I had to park all the way down the street then walk back to check in. It wasnt a sign to say where the parking was , when I arrived it was cars blocking the driveway, so im sure thats why I didnt see where to park. Also the bathroom had HAIR in the tub, shower and sink, nasty.

The size of the room was definitely larger than expected. It was very hot when we checked in but the room cooled off very quickly once we turn on the AC
Breakfast was definitely a little lackluster. I expected some type of fresh fruit other than just a banana.

The staff were amazing. It had all the features we were after, free parking and close to universal studios.
The A/C was loud and near to the floor so we kept having to move the baby away from playing with it but this wouldn’t stop me staying. It was great!

The Continental Breakfast they served every morning was delicious and so many choices!
The room and bathroom was very clean.
The location was great, walking distance to restaurants was close. And I didn't feel scared walking the streets with my family.

The room was so big, lots of hangers which was great for all my work clothes. Bed was so comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom.
I unfortunately couldn't eat much of the breakfast, I can't eat diary and my stomach doesn't handle foods that are very high in sugar. This meant the only thing I could eat was the bananas. A healthy cereal would have been a nice option. No big deal though because I know Americans love sweet breakfasts.

- breakfast is simple but good.
- location near shops and restaurants and walking distance to WB studio tour.
- staff shortage, housekeeping is very slow because of it.
- Pool was open but not well maintained.

Breakfast good because I like waffles.
GYM WAS A JOKE. ELEVATOR WAS SLOW AND HOT. SWIMMING POOL WAS THE SIZE OF A BEDROOM. NONE OF THE VENDING MACHINES SELLING DRINKS WORKED. WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN.
