Key code lock was super simple

Front steps need higher handrails. Don't take the historic handrails away, just add one in the middle if the front steps

Great location.

Unclear per policy. Booking says no fee for pets, and yet I was charged an additional $150. In addition, there was not a washer as listing indicated, and the TV in living room did not work.

Great space to host my large family. Everyone had a comfortable space and could retreat to their rooms when needed. We used the kitchen and watched TV together which was lovely. All very comfortable. I love the area and walked to a couple of place from there. Parking was very convenient (street parking) as we had two car rentals.

Liked mostly everything! We wished we had 2 more blankets and a couple more towels. We never called the host because we were on a tight schedule. So I think it would have been provided if I called.

location bathrooms and some bedrooms were spacious.

grill needed upgrading, landscape needed some improvement, front porch needs work, handles on freezer door on 1st floor was loose, sofa bed/couch was not comfy to sit on. And we did not get the facility we originally thought we were getting..

Great location for us. Our daughter and family also live in Roscoe Village

Would prefer to get our door codes the day before. We were lucky to have someone fixing the TV when we arrived at the guesthouse. Couldn’t find anyone to answer the phone regarding the codes.

It was a great place to stay

I enjoyed the location and the bars/restaurants surrounding the place! In addition, it was a fairly quiet area which made for a more relaxing place to be. The place was very spacious which was unexpected and having a full kitchen with dishwasher was awesome. Despite not spending time in the backyard it was beautiful and welcoming. All employees were extremely helpful in our process of checking in and being available throughout the stay when questions would arise!

There was a lot to love, but the sleep situation was not super comfortable - the beds were very creaky and overly soft and the sofa couch was super hard. Hopefully a simple mattress pad or sleeping bag could be offered to lay on top of the sofa to increase comfort.

It was a Beautiful apartment. In a great area. It was nice to go back to the apartment after spending the day downtown. Plus to have everyone in one place. Was priceless. Think we found a vacation spot.
