j'ai apprécié le rapport qualité prix et la localisation de l'hôtel. La chambre, la salle de bain et les communs sont très satisfaisant. La note la plus mauvaise vient du fait qu'on m'ait accusé d'avoir fumé dans la chambre (communiqué sur une vieille feuille de papier chiffonnée et posée sur le sol comme si on l'avait vulgairement passé sous la porte) et menacé d'amende alors que de ma main, j'ai signé un document jurant le fait que je ne fumerai pas dans la chambre ... (je n'ai qu'une parole et je la respecte) Je ne connais pas vos expériences antérieurs avec d'autres locataires mais ce n'est clairement pas une manière hospitalière de régler une suspicion d'avoir fumé dans une chambre chez un client habitué de Booking et de voyages d'affaires. Je ne suis pas VIP mais j'ai été traité comme un moins que rien vis à vis de cette suspicion. Si les offres sont aussi attirantes pour mon prochaine venue a NY j'y reviendrai peut etre ...

From the moment we checked in to getting the lift to our room that had a lovely view of the air conditioning ducting and a very dirty court yard for the money we spent in this hotel was outrageous and not worth the money it is in a good lick of paint and updating in the rooms the room was dirty and dust all over the room and dirty .we asked for room service every day and this happened one day and we had to collect our towels from reception . i would not stay in this hotel if someone paid me book at your own risk

Cleanliness and the receptionist wasnt very friendly, very complicated to get my friend to come in and get her key, i have to pick her up downstairs.

De locatie van dit hotel is geweldig in Midtown. Je loopt zo naar broadway en kan dan kiezen om het zuidelijke deel van manhatten te ontdekken of het noordelijke deel. Metro op 5 min. Naast het hotel zit een prima koffietent voor ontbijt. De kamer had twee twee persoonbedden maar beide wel 140 breed. Als koppel goed te doen maar je kunt de bedden niet uit elkaar schuiven.

De schoonmaak kan echt beter. Muren in badkamer naast wastafel vies en ook bijv de muur boven de prullenbakjes. Temperatuur was ook warm in de kamer. De kamer heeft wel een airco maar eind okt hadden we toch liever het raam even open kunnen doen. Houd er rekening mee dat de lift niet snel is.

Par contre, c’est suffisant mais faut pas être exigeant . Ça fait le taf , mais pas de service de chambre, des lits sur roulettes pas super confortable et dans lequel on ne peut pas s’asseoir sans que le lit traverse la pièce 😂😂 Bref.. pour un français c’est cher mais à NYC c’est un hôtel miteux

The hotel was a bit run down, could have been cleaner with old dust and dirt around the room. It was cold with just a thin blanket on the beds, so had to ask for another which they provided.

we were very satisfied. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, the street the windows led to was quiet at night. Only the air conditioning/heating was noisier. There is a breakfast room downstairs with a toaster, microwave and tea. There is a great grocery store on the street corner for breakfast. There is a nice breakfast cafe next to the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, central NY and easily accessible by subway.

The location. The price for the location was not matching. Tons of trash everywhere! Homeless people alley is where this hotel is located. Trash and dirty linens line the halls. Beds rolled and squeaked with every move.

The location. Just round corner from FLATIRON building and a few blocks from Empire State. Easy to walk anywhere. Great place just to sleep.

Rooms are old fashioned but gad everything we needed. Although a kettle would have been handy !!!!

The hotel is a very good choice for someone who visit NY for the first time. The location of the hotel is the best i thing, close to chelsea's nightlife, center of NY and many attractions

A little bit old

Reception staff very helpful, allowed early check in and had a free upgrade to deluxe room.

perfect location for anyone wanting to do a bit of everything in New York City. Right down the road from the Flat Iron building. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were spacious. Lovely shower facilities.

Room was a little cold and bedding very thin. Walls a little thin so could hear a lot of the hotel early in the mornings

Location is the best. The bed was very confortable and the bath was very good.

It could look better at the lobby area.
