Overall the location was great! The house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet.

The beds was not comfortable at all the mattress felt old. The customer service department could be better I called because we had 2 men show up on the property claiming they was there to fix the washer and dryer. We was not notified by the staff that anybody would be stopping by so when I called to confirm if this was true or not I was on hold for 20 minutes with no response so i I just hung up, and no we did let them in nor did we open the door.

Linen sets were not complete. None of the TVs worked. They kept turning up the ac temp after we set it at 73 like it said on the contract and on the wall. They even turned it off several times in the middle of the night. The place was unclean and was out of toilet paper. The bathroom was disgusting and we had to clean it ourselves. The fridge had a broken door. The microwave was broken and was a safety hazard as it threw sparks if you tried to use it. Towel rack kept falling off the wall. Garage door was broken. Blinds were broken. The drains were plugged with hair. The iron almost scorched a dress for a wedding because the controls were broken. Dishes were dirty. Pots and pans were burnt and warped. Not allthe The list goes on and on. Then with no explanation they charged us an extra $103 after we checked out over an hour early. This place is a complete and total rip off.
