Our room was clean.

The person checking us in was not helpful, appeared in a bad mood and was overall rude. In addition our booking was advertised as a 1 bedroom suite that separated from the kitchen area, this is not what we got.

I actually loved everything about the room at this hotel.

The general manager and front desk staff! They was rude, obnoxious, unprofessional etc! I feel even with business you should always have morals and values! I was highly disappointed when I brought my grievances to the owner, and as an end result I was told I couldn't make any future reservations there, basically I couldn't never return. Why? Simply because I had a personal crisis situation and their job was to run a business not crisis management with a woman and her children... ok is quite understandable, however, to belittle, destroy someone dignity and add more distress is distasteful leadership! That's why I gave the hotel 1 star.

Spacious rooms. easy to park. next to all big stores and restaurants. kitchen has all equipment. nice pool.

Two-Bedroom Suite has only one bathroom. not enough for 5 adults.

No attendant on TownPlace side to check in - Had brief evacuation late Saturday night due to some guest burning food & setting off building fire alarms. No hair dryer in room. Very poor pool area with cloudy pool water, tile stained around pool sides, dirty pool deck areas, lack of towels in pool area, paint peeling in multiple places on pool area ceiling.
