Night staff was very, very pleasant. Knowledgeable on restaurants in the area still open late. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again in the future.

I made a mistake to accept the room i was given, which was facing the interstate. As a result, i didn't sleep much.

The staff that helped with breakfast was amazing. I took down my ice bucket because the one on our floor didn’t work. She came over to our table and asked if she could fill it. I watched her help other customers too. Exceptional service!
Need a ramp in the back for trolleys. Had to walk all the way around with our suitcase etc.

Location off the freeway
Housekeeping barged in while in my underwear. No knock. When I said “hello?” twice, guy said “they told me you checked out.” No apology, they just left. Very rude. Place is showing some wear; broken tile/grout in bathroom. Won’t choose to stay here again.

Have stayed here numerous times driving to San Antonio. Best in Van Horn.
The towels! Gracious, use some fabric softener or replace the towels. Multiple washing is understandable, and clean imperative, but these were beyond rough. These were not acceptable. I am generally not picky about such matters, but the towels in this room were atrocious.

The breakfast was good. Bacon and eggs which my autistic son ate so we were good. The location is good and the room pretty good. The staff was absolutely amazing and very friendly and I would recommend this place for the future.
