The location was great, very close to town. It has everything we needed and more.

The only “complaint” we had was that the water heater could use some updating. Both of us could not take back to back showers because it got cold midway. I also am 32 weeks pregnant Ms wanted to take a bath but this was not possible.

Good location, everything you need within walking distance. Super helpful and friendly staff when I needed something. Competitive pricing. They allow pets. Wireless access and TV. Everything worked as it should have (eg, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc).

The floors really needed mopped. I removed my shoes as the sign said, and within seconds my feet were black from walking on the floor. The taxes attached to the price are insane, adding 50% of the pre-tax total to the total price! This may be all across the Oregon coast, but geez! There were no screens in the windows, and it was warm enough to need those windows open 99% of the stay.

LOCATION!

Out dated unit that looked like some repairs were made on a budget. Bathroom shower curtain rod was rusted and looked awful. Pictures of unit online were deceiving, tucked into a weird corner. Patio chairs were filthy, bed sheets were covered in dog hair. Stains on the small love seat /hide a bed. Bathroom towels smelt like a wet dog. Weird closet with chairs stuffed into it and no doors or curtain on it. TV was tiny, no controller for the DVD player, dirty rusted grill utinsils. Overall not impressed. Would not stay here again.
