Great location with easy access to an amazing beach area. Although a little dirty around the edges, the play area in the garage was awesome and very much used by all of us. Walking distance to the store and restaurants. Overall the house was clean.

The information sharing through Vacasa was poor. Multiple email/text messages with conflicting information on door elock/lock box codes. Had to make two calls to support to get the corrected code. Not a great way to kick start landing at your vacation home. Technology is key for all members of the party for various reasons. Had to turn around again and make another two phone calls to support to get the correct WiFi information. Network name and password provided in the system generated messages were again wrong (like getting in the front door). Sad it took a second call to get that corrected. Very poor kitchen supplies. Odds and ends utensils and most are better for an outside grill which the house does not have. Pots/pans/baking pans are very limited. Doesn’t need to be fully stocked and washing them after a meal can be assumed… just lacking all around. This is key when travel as a family/friends and selecting a house over a hotel. The ability to have cooked meals.

Love Pacific City!!! House layout is perfect for two couples. Huge safe gated neighborhood that was GREAT for walking if you are able. Not the best for our two disabled persons.

Cleaner are missing spider webs and window and door tracks. There is no view of ocean because of tall berm. Towels were very harsh and house had no cleaners, foil, baggies. We loved the dinning room table and living room. We were upet with poor wifi and tv channels. We arrived and had to call because code was not working. We finally got wall key box open but it was empty. The very nice vavasa lady gave us excellent help but she had to reset door code 4 times. Deck was amazing!!! The bath room fans were rusty, LOUD and ineffective....probably need replacing. Be great if we could have found the front out door light switch.

Comfortable and close to the beach and only a few blocks from the boat ramp.
