All in all ok.For tourist a perfect position. Rooms are ok but nothing special.

If you are on the reception is smells strongly. Next to it is a bar where smoking is possible. The smoking smell is in the hold house.

Disappointing there was no fridge or tea/coffee making in the room.

The hotel is in the center of Lucerne in a good location. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The hotel is a bit noisy. There is some traffic in the street of the hotel and the windows don’t isolate so much from the external noise.

Rooms got a little hot

Location very good. Good bar and the restaurant food was expensive but nice.

Poor service on check in. Told our room would be ready between 2-3 to be given the keys at 3:30 and on arrival to room cleaners still cleaning it. It was all a bit disorganised on check in with staff not knowing what they were doing. The check in needs to be earlier. Breakfast offered would be a good addition as well as more flexible eating options and coffee making facilities.

The room was comfortable and functional. Basic not sure this should be listed as four star

Poor Internet connection

Lucerne is a lovely city to visit. Location was good but not great.

Airconditioning was poor to non existent even though they list that each room has it. Shower was too small. Elevator was small and very slow.

Clean and very good location

Door lock was broken over the 2 days I stayed there.

The restaurant was very good, in fact excellent, very good staff and the food was brilliant.

The room was very dated and in need of serious renovations. Staines on the walls and no double bed only 2 singles pushed together. The charging facilities for mobile devices didn’t work and I had to purchase a lead from a local store. There was no air conditioning in the room, a plug in fan was in the room to use but you couldn’t adjust it due to it being broken was no good at all. For a hotel in the middle of town I expected a lot more quality than it had especially for the price they charged me. I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again, I’d definitely look for alternative accommodation.
