The maintenance and staff were amazing they even have a shuttle to the airport

I was quite happy with the experience. Excellent desk service, very good location, clean, quiet, comfortable, close to eats.

I thought it quite expensive relative to competition of other similar offerings in the area, particularly since they offered no breakfast.

No breakfast, no restaurant. My room was just above a generator?airco that worked and produced noise all night.

Location to everything was great.

The room was not clean, no heat or A/C just a stand fan, the blow dryer attached to the wall was falling off, limited lights, extension cords with outlets all over. Rooms didn't appear to have been updated since the 70's.

Shuttle service from the airport was very convenient to have. Location is very convenient to the inner harbor area - walking distance to fishing boats and a couple of restaurants. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room.

Older facility but clean, no temperature control in the room aside from a fan for warmer days. At the time of our stay (July 2022) restaurant was closed for indeterminate length of time. Lounge was open occasionally (labor shortages all over the island)

Too old and smelly facilities. Sometimes afraid to use bathroom fan! It always made an awful noise. And you should find out first how it could be turn on. Non-smoking room stinks horrible!!! (Mixed smell of cigarettes and cheep cleaning chemicals!!!) Pillows are not a pillows at all!

No breakfast was available. The room was serviced very well. Cleaning staff is excllent.

Room smell was off. Adding "air fresheners" was counter productive. Sound insulation was poor. General appearance of the place was depressing.
