I really enjoyed my stay house was very clean only thing I quite time should be at least 12am on friday and Saturday other than that everything was perfect would rent again.

Well kept home, has everything that’s necessary (pots and pans, utensils, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc..).. Everything in the game room works and no parts missing.. pool is clean but it was cold; however expected because it’s May so that’s fine. We enjoyed the resort pool and that was heated so it work out great.. The rooms also have extra pillows and sheets; which my family appreciates.. The only issues we had was with the air conditioning; it’s pre-set so it gets hot in the bedrooms, and theirs a camera in the pool area (that made me a little uncomfortable) Other than that; My family had a great time.. Thank you

My family and I really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. The property owners were very nice and communicated promptly throughout the booking process and during our stay. The home and resort had many amenities and was near other activities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Great place to spend a week with family. Would definitely book again!

Owner sent specific check in guidelines which were very helpful. He also allowed for an early check in as our cruise arrived early with 12 of us and six hours to kill. The early check is was greatly appreciated and a life saver with small children. House is great. Never ran out of hot water, plenty of towels etc… Plenty of space in this home and we spread out! The little things were provided like garbage bags, dishwasher tablets and more. The house is in a safe gated community and centrally located to everything. Walmart/Chik Filet/Aldi/ Dunkin all located within a 5 minute drive. Pool and patio area is fabulous. We spent most of our days outside and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. If gave this property 5 stars as everything worked well, communication with the owner was lovely and our stay was perfect. If I had to criticize anything- it would be the cookware. The kitchen is a delight but the pots and pans have been abused. It is a shame that people rent and leave owners belongings in such poor shape. Overall great visit and I would 100% rent this property again. 8 adults and 4 children all happy with our stay.

We loved the house, it was very clean. We were three family’s and each one had there own room with bathroom and that was a plus 👌🏼 We were close to everything and Communication with the owner was great! Definitely recommend this home 🏠

This house was beautiful, just as described in the listing. Had a great time with my family of 13 people for thanksgiving. Owners were very responsive throughout our stay, and I had no complaints! Bonus for beautiful sunset views every single night!

Everything was exactly as described. Had an issue with the dishwsher, called the management company, they came the same day and took care of it.

The house is very nice and the owner Roger is very polite as well. He responds very quickly and made some accommodations for our stay. There are 4 master bedrooms with en-suites and the home is well kept. The things that made our stay not so good was the smart house controls being operated from off site. One of the nights, the AC was turned off and it felt like hell fire in the middle of the night. The fridge was turned off the night before we checked out so our food was cool and our ice had melted by morning. Also, the pool light does not work so we had to swim in the dark. The booking process was more complex than other properties I’ve stayed in. Overall, I would stay there again!

Lots of space and privacy, good location, great amenities at the club house, great communication and allowed early check in.

From the first inquiry into the property to midstay at the house, contact with the owners was always easy and quickly responded to. The house was clean and well stocked with basically anything you could need to function in the house. We had an issue with the kitchen faucet but that was replaced the next morning by their maintenance company. The kids spent every night playing darts, air hockey, pool and video games. The pool was small but perfect for relaxing at the end of the day with the little ones. The kitchen blinds were missing a few slats and the hose on the patio had a steady leak but none of this interfered with our stay. Having a keyless entry to the house was great with so many members of the family coming and going. I didn't get a chance to use the clubhouse but I heard there was alot to do there. We were about a 15-25 min drive to the parks but mins from everything else. Everyone had their own king size bed and bathroom. We had 13 people....4 kids and 9 adults...and at no time were we on top of each other. Everyone had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay there again. Only downside was the $10 CASH deposit for the gate key....who carries cash anymore????

After my original vacation home was cancelled by another company 1 week before the trip after paying in full, I came across Roger's vacation home. I couldn't be happier. Exceeded all expectations. Close to all locations and so convenient. Parking was easy and check in/out process was seamless. I would have like to see some additional toiletries in the home, but we made do. Spacious and well equipped for what we needed. Thanks Roger!

Everyone enjoyed the home. It was big enough to accommodate everyone in my party. We stayed so long until I almost thought it was my home!!!! The Brice's were very nice and their responses to questions were swift. Thank you.

Nice enjoy being there

The overall stay was great. The front gate security were not too welcoming to me and my guests but other than that the front desk receptionist was friendly at check-in. It was a very nice neighborhood and a very nice house. My family all enjoyed it.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Really enjoyed the pool area.

About 20 minutes from most places in Disney/Universal. The bedrooms and bathroom situation was great because all the rooms with king beds have their own bathroom. We had multiple adults who on previous experiences at other homes had to share bathrooms getting ready... so this was a blessing. The kids loved the ducks in the backyard. Our older kids loved playing in the garage game room, it was a fun little extra. The house was very clean. We didn't check out the clubhouse but they have a pool there too as well as an arcade. The home was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub was a lot of fun. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, dishes, silverware and more that we required, because we cooked every meal everyday. Our family was very impressed and are already talking about coming back next spring.

I loved my stay. The house was clean and big enough for my family of 10. The host was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had. I definitely would be staying again.

The house is absolutely beautiful. We celebrated my 50th birthday and we had an amazing time. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the little family getaway. I will say the beds are comfty and the house has alot of cool things, all the things needed to cook or hang with your family. The game room was super cool my kids enjoyed it. The pool was so great I would recommmend heating it. Would go back
