We didn’t stay. The place was a nasty dump. Mold on the walls. Dirty and dusty. Cigarettes but on the floor. Dirty stove. Spilled ice cream in the freezer. Floors were sticky and damp. One big dumpster.

A clean room. The place was filthy.

Door lock troubles

Location (oceans one) was nice and the room was a decent size.

Only got to stay one night in oceans one and there was a huge water leak in one of the units above us so the condo flooded. They moved us to a HORRIBLE room that was not even close to what we paid for and threw in BAD/RUDE customer service to top it off. My elderly grandparents had to sleep on a pull out couch from 1925…. Will NEVER stay with these people again! Asked for a refund for the difference in the 2 bedroom condo we had and the 1 bedroom (if you can even call it that) crap room they put us in and was told we had the option to go home….. really?!

It was the right location

The room advertised is not what I received. The cleaners or host broke a chair by unscrewing the leg and took $70 out of my deposit. Booking refused to move me to a room that had the additional bedroom that I paid for. My family ended up having to book an extra room because the room was not big enough. I usually use booking to book rooms but absolutely will not anymore. Customer service was horrible and no accountability.

The "needed-information" came in an email, after we already left our computers...and we didn't expect the Receptionist to "Not Be Aware of how to Explain this in a Professional/Helpful Manner!"

Great location

The kitchen faucet is about broke. The master bath tub jets did not work. The living room TV was small and cheap.

The toilet in the king size bedroom didn’t stop running. The washer and dryer made loud banging noises when we attempted to use them. The chair in the living room had no bottom so when you went to sit on it you ended up in the springs. The carpets were dirty.The door to the bedroom with the two beds in it doesn’t shut all the way in the molding in both bathrooms is falling off.

location was good, enough space for amount of people that had come.

there was dust on the doors, as well as bed frames- doesn’t mix well for people with allergies to dust. the kitchen faucet was broken.
