The breakfast

Nothing to complain about, really. Was a nice stay.

The outdoor pool wasn't open yet. I would've liked that to be communicated to me prior to booking as that's one of the reasons I chose that hotel.

The staff were very friendly. The cleaner was super nice and the breakfast for very well presented and tasted good. Would definitely come back for the dining part of the hotel.

The room wasn't clean. The bed linen was dirty with something that looked like blood, the kettle was filthy, the glass that was provided for the water was dirty. There was dust on the television and the bed board. These little things made the experience a little less enjoyable. We had to sleep under a blanket that was provided in the room. The temperature in the room can't be adjusted so if you like to have a cosy, warm room, check it out with the staff there first. Quite disappointed also as this hotel isn't close to the city centre. There were plenty other hotels available for half the price that day in the centre of Łódź. We although decided we wanted to treat ourselves to something a bit more fancy.. Pitty, we came to this.

It was very comfortable. We´ll be back, when we will be in Poland again. Food was delicious.

Unfortunately the pool was closed. Breakfast was very delicious and quite rich in supply. Room spacious enough and with a view to the park.

More information in the city centre. As well as accessable pool.

the restaurant was amazing, breakfast great choices and the pool facilities was lovely too.

in some areas the cleanliness was questionable, on arrival we did have dirty spoons in our room the shower head holder was broken, it could do with a bit of a refurb in places an updating the pool table and cue.
