Property was very clean, breakfast was testy. Good location it was near metro. Stuff was also so nice they had changed our room with balcony view when we have asked them.

Sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gemacht. Wasser wurde täglich kostenlos bereitgestellt. Sehr gute Dusche.

Matratzen leider etwas durchgelegen (Badewanneform) - für Bauchschläfer wie mich so leider schwierig zu schlafen. Ich bin nicht kleinlich, aber ich erwarte zumindest eine gute und flache, mittelharte Matratze, auf der man ohne Rückenschmerzen schlafen kann. Laute Klimaanlage draussen direkt vor dem Fenster. Etwas laute Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Kaum Ablageflächen im Bad. Zimmer klein, kein Schrank. Keine Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Frühstücksraum zu klein und laut mit Lautstärke und Flair einer Kantine

Stort och rymligt rum. Ligger lite i utkanten, men enkelt att åka kommunalt in till centrum.

Lite tråkig frukost. Lyhört från gatan och korridoren.

Het ontbijt was prima. Personeel was uitermate vriendelijk.

Hygiëne...badkamer zat vol schimmel. Toen ik vroeg om een taxi te bellen weigerden ze dat omdat ze zelf een shuttle hadden die 70 euro kostte om ons naar het vliegveld te brengen. De taxi kostte 50 euro. Het goedkoopst is het om een metro'bus kaartje te kopen en op het treinstation kun je ook een kaartje voor 6 euro kopen ( of via internet) die je van het station rechtstreeks naar het vliegveld brengt.

Breakfast was realy good, we go already visit the city.

I like the best Western chain. I usually book it wherever I travel for leisure or business. Unfortunately, this specific hotel is not good.

The location is bad. No restaurants or markets were open. Our reservation said that the room would include 2 queen beds, and it included 2 full beds, which made for very uncomfortable sleep for our family. For a large chain, bed sizes shouldn't surprise guests. I wouldn't have made the reservation with such small beds. Upon checking in, the receptionist informed us that breakfast was included and told us of its time. On the day of checking out, the exact same receptionist charged each of us 9 Euros per day for breakfast, insisting that he told us about the charge (108 Euros total), which we ended up paying. I am upset not only about the hidden charges but also about the rudeness we were treated with and the audacity of this receptionist to look me in the eye insisting on his lie.

Free wifi is worthless if the wifi doesn’t work. Problems with the tv also.

Nice and clean. Rooms held 5 people so that’s as helpful!

If booked in advance the price is great for the value of the stay. Clean and comfortable rooms!

Smaller elevators and some did not work.

The room was as expected and served it's purpose. The breakfast was excellent and gave a good start to the day..The hotel was OK for the metro and we found it value for money seeing it was in a large city..

Some from front desk were not friendly. I also asked for airport transfer and they said it will be a hotel/private van but they just got a taxi for 65 euros when I could have used the app and got one for 50 euros.

When we booked our accommodations it was very inexpensive so we got such a great deal booking almost a year in advance. There are hotels with less amount of stars and amenities that cost more. This was a great overall value with breakfast included. The location is good and there’s a sushi shop nearby that we simply adored open late til 11pm! Not a tourist spot so not a lot of people more of locals and students.

It might be cause I am not familiar with Romans but the receptionists are not very warm. however they are effective. The key system is hard to get used to at first. Put the key in and then wait for the click with the chip facing up. The rooms have thin walls and insulation. you can hear a lot from the street traffic and the neighbors. Lastly, there’s only one functioning elevator in the left side when we visited.

The bed was very uncomfortable, very poor quality. it shames the Best Western brand. my bud was not supported at all, almost reaching the floor. everything else was good. you have to spend some money replacing the poor mattress.
