駅から近いが、分かりづらい場所かも しれないが、隣りがイオンなので 何かと便利でした。

シャワーの水圧をなんとかしてほしい。 シャワーの出が本当に悪かったです。 また温度調整もままならず 水しか出なくなったり、熱湯になったり。 本当に改善してほしい。

Low cost, close to the train station and a mall. Small but clean and modern. Friendly staff.

No safe in room

The staff were very lovely, even though they couldn't speak english, they did their best to communicate with me.The hotel is right next to a large shopping mall and close to the train station. There was a bath and shower in the room and the room itself was very clean. They have free toast and coffee in the morning.

The bed and pillow was very hard. You can't send luggage from the hotel and no laundry service. They also don't have a scale if you need to weigh your luggage.

Location was great and staff were helpful with little English which was a great. The value for price was great. Mall and train stations nearby with lots of food options. Safe and comfortable location. The free included breakfast was very minimal with some toast, juice and hot drink but was free.

Everything! Nice and compact, great for solo traveling and loved the location.

The window didn’t open (I was told it could a little bit). The blanket was a bit too thin.

The hotel location is great👍, near Kyoto station, and big shopping centre behind the hotel!! The room is comfortable, clean & quiet. I get the water pot from the receptionist. I am lucky that the view from my room is facing the mountain side, can see the house & trains passed by not far away, enjoy the view in the morning whole having ocha. The staff cannot speak English well, but with Google translate think should be no problem for most of the conversation. Please note that they might ask whether you need to clean room everyday or 2days to clean the room. As I am not a messy person I requested for 2days to clean the room, but the housekeeper everyday will still change my towel & pajamas. 🙂

very convenient location, next to Aeon Mall, and Kyoto station. The price comes also with free breakfast which is super great, even though not a buffet type of breakfast but still for the price its incredible value.

It does not have a dedicated laundry room.

Really great value for money, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really kind and friendly. The pillow was the hard kind which was a bit unusual, but it wasn't a big issue.

Location is very good. Kyoto Station is the central hub to travel the city so it’s vital to find a good hotel nearby.

Rooms are clean but may be small for larger individuals.

Very close from Kyoto station and from To-ji temple.

The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. I was told there was no room cleaning for fewer than three nights but there were clean towels, night dress and a new toothbrush set outside my door. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a night dress in the bed and a hair dryer in the room. The bathroom was a good size. The air conditioner worker well. I liked that there was a small night stand, electrical sockets by the bed and by the mirror. The self serve breakfast was also a nice surprise.

The room was smaller than I expected but actually perfect as I didn’t stay in the room much.

Great location. Near Kyoto station and other bus services. Near Aeon mall. Self check out.

During covid period, there are no daily cleaning of hotel rooms during your period of stay. Hopefully in future, once covid is contained, daily cleaning resumes.
