There was nothing to be liked about this property except the owner is selling it based on next to train station but the reality is too inside and very far from main attractions

Everything. It is very old place renovated several years ago (which owner accepted himself during our conversation) and owner is still using same photos as of when it was renovated several years ago. Also the photos on booking.com are fake/misleading and there is no view. Reality is that it is run down property and not good for families or for that matter anyone who is paying. The interiors, bedding, towels even the bathroom mats are old and torn and haven’t been replaced for a very long time. The appliances are outdated with no dishwasher. We had to get the fridge replaced because the one in the room was not working at all and owner was first ready to accept and finally after pushing him, still delayed it by 2 days. Towel racks full of dust and never cleaned. The place felt like a dungeon with only two windows on roof. The wooden floor was creeping all the time creating a very bad noises.

Very easy to get keys from lock box, washing machine was great, very tidy and clean with washing detergent to use. Train station is 6 min walk, handy if you have an early morning departure. Felt very safe, lovely host to deal with. We will be back again, travelling from Australia 🇦🇺

The property was walking distance to the train station and Grand Canal which was great since we did not have to hop on a water taxi after a long day of traveling . The air conditioner worked great. The staff was so friendly and kind. The bathrooms(2 full) were clean and modern. Washer machine but no dryer which we found typical in Italy. They also had detergent there which was so helpful.

The beds were very uncomfortable as well as the pull out couch.

Nice duplex apartment close to the train station. The bathroom is on two floors, which was very convenient. The kitchen had utensils, a frying pan, oil and spices and much more for cooking meals.

There are no windows in the kitchen, so there was very little light. The sofa in the living room is terribly uncomfortable, we had a backache after sleeping. The stairs to the second floor creaked loudly when walking.

The place is spacious. In here, we have everything we need. That’s very thoughtful. The property owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. He replied my question in short time. We are appreciated.

When we walk on stairs it’s quite loud.

Friendly and very helpful host, quick to reply and very accomodating. Great facilities and super good location close to the train station. Very much enjoyed the stay here, will definitely be back in future!
