The location was good.

To anyone considering this accommodation... please do yourselves a favour and DO NOT STAY HERE. The beds were ridiculously uncomfortable (wish I saw other people's reviews before I booked). The apartment is old, so basic facilities do not work (dodgy electricity plugs etc) you also have to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage as there is no lift. On top of everything, the electricity went out on one day for over 8 hours and the next day we had no hot water. The apartment agency was terrible to deal with and would not take any responsibility for the faults. They also make you sign an extensive contract upon arrival indemnifying them against any issues... so obviously the property is prone to issues (that should have been my red flag!). The property does not look as modern and nice as it does in the photos. DO NOT BOOK!!!

The location was amazing, great value for money and worked very well for us. Great wifi, good air con, comfy beds and a good size apartment. The staff were also constantly in communication in terms of relaying information and settling any questions I had. Couldn’t really ask for much more in terms of the accommodation itself!

I had previously seen the comments about the stairs up to the apartment being quite extensive, but didn’t think much to it. After staying at this apartment I can confirm it is quite the struggle, especially for those with any knee issues, but for those who are fit and used to a lot of stairs I’m sure it would be fine! The apartment was also quite dark without much natural light and the water temp was either a hit or miss.

Great location and service. It's a quiet place, you may have a good rest.

The bed in the second bedroom is quite small and not really comfortable for 2 people.

NO ELEVETOR/LIFT. THATS IS VERY BIG PROBLEM. I CAN NOT CARRY MY LUGGAGES TO 5TH FLOOR.

Location was great. Four stories up with no lift wasn’t much fun but helped to work off any overeating!! Clean beautifully appointed.

The apartment is in a great location in San Marco centre , few min to st Marks , grand canal , lovely little cafe just outside your door great coffee sandwiches 2 euro sandwich 2.5 for coffee all the designer shops u can want , close to water bus which is best way to get around to main sights , apt is ok

Ok the pics on BC make it look a lot bigger than it is the main gripe is there was construction work next door drills started 7 .30am walls in apt bouncing I telephoned management co who basically did nothing my point was if they informed us before our stay there could be noise we would not have booked u could not open a window use the terrace which was a main point of me choosing this apt , the showers are small 36inch x 36inch in one slightly bigger in the other both shower screens leaked badly which I reported no action , top floor 8 flights of stairs no lift ! Not mentioned before , steep stairs to second bedroom or better cuboard very small low ceiling , very steep stairs to terrace , I seriously question the reviews I read esp one from an American saying showers are large !!! Mmm something wrong here , great location Apt ok management awlful.☹️Really spoilt our stay.
