the location close to beach

This hotel was very bad and we faced many problems First of all, when we came into the hotel at 4 pm, they told us that they never seen our reservation so we had to wait for them to clean the room which took them about 45 minutes Then the A/C remote didn't work at all for my room. The blankets were very dirty and there was missing blanket for every room that we have reserved As I went to the reception, it was closed although it was only 9 pm! We have also asked for mosquito machines in the afternoon and they said "We don't have any mosquito machines." and the claimed as well that we have to keep the A/C switched on to keep all the mosquitos away which definitely didn't work. Lastly, the Internet wasn't working although we asked many times and they gave us the wrong passwords over and over.

I had a wonderful stay at this property, the location is right by the beach to relax and have a good time.The staff was very friends and helpful. The food was delicious and would recommend this property.

Generally beach area was okay and safe and pool is maintaining well.

Dinner ruined my whole night.I'am not satisfying the way they provide dinner for their guests.

Dirty swimming pool. Staff was very slow and didn’t understand english. We ordered 2 pasta in the restaurant and were waiting for them for 50 minutes.

Beautiful location right on the beach, lovely pool, sun loungers right on the beach and in the garden area. The chef’s food was amazing and they were also very accommodating of the fact I have Coeliac disease, always letting me know what I could and couldn’t eat and making separate meals for me where necessary. The staff are so friendly, special shout out to Dilusha and Kalum! And also Chaminda the chef! This was the perfect place for me to relax for 6 days after travelling round for a week. I would 100% come back here.

There isn’t a bar / somewhere to get drinks during the day. The bathroom was in need of a refurb in my opinion (however I’m not oblivious to the impact covid has had on the tourism industry in Sri Lanka and fully aware hotels are doing well to be open let alone in a position to carry out refurbishments).

Location by the seafront was superb. Swimming pool was good. My wife enjoyed her swim.

No receptionist when we arrived for check in. We had to look for a receptionist.! Breakfast was below par for a continental breakfast. Not enough fruit and when we requested bananas the staff seemed unwilling to bring them out. Poor quality food all-round. Bathroom looked unclean. There was no evidence that it had been sanitised. Water from the bathroom sink in the morning looked yellow. The hotel manager refused accommodation for our driver insisting that it is the hotel policy not to offer accommodation for drivers of guests booked through Booking. com!!

Beautiful view, peaceful location outside of Bentota, nice pool.

Rooms need updating, very disorganized. Some staff members come across as very unhelpful, a member of staff walked into my friends room with no explanation as to why. Cockroaches in my room, communication barrier trying to arrange anything with staff (trying to book a taxi, cleaning room etc) expensive stay for a 1 or 2 star hotel that isn't very clean, my fridge was mouldy. The hotel is also like a ghost town as you have to look for staff for towels, drinks, trying to arrange dinner. We ate out for every meal as there wasn't anyone there to ask for food

Excellent beach.

Yellow water is in a bathroom. It is a disaster. You should ask them for laboratory examination of water is this hotel. You should buy water even for brushing teeths. Take a lot of water. Towels are with holes. Food is not left for half an hour before the end of breakfast. You should come earlier.Be prepared! Good luck!

Nothin was good. The only good thing was one man working there called Iron, everything but him was sooo bad. I do not recommend it! It's altogether a really bad hotel. There were 10 of us and we were fully aware that we are in Sri Lanka, we have visited 5 or 6 hotels before this one and everything was more or less fine. This one was hideous

We had no internet, everything was so so dirty. Our sheets were not clean, the toilets were bloody and, sorry to say this, but poop was on the toilet seat and round it. The pool was so filthy that I couldn't even explain that. Everything was so bad and in the end, they wanted to charge us additional 160 dollars for SERVICE. What service? No internet?? Dirt? Sweaty sheets?? I wish we could get our money back because this was the worst experience ever. I will share some photos, not too much so I wouldn't make you sick.

Best beach in location. 15metres from the pool. green grass and than only beach. not much people in this area. few steps to everywhere.

it was not that clean and they didn‘t clean the hotel proper. the breakfast was also not on time.
