V izbe sa nedalo vetrat, okno sa nedá otvorit, stol je az na okne. Na streche hotele komín a z neho ide dym do izby. Na poschodí / 2 / je susiaren a pracovna, na chodbe tazký vzduch, zle sa dýcha.

Very, very bad. Nobody at the reception in the evening in Check in time, also Nobody there at Check out. I had to Pay in the restaurant. Check out at 10am, but housekeeping just open our room at 9.53am to clean up? It was disgusting and zero culture, I was in room and somebody just start opening the Door to my room. Nobody asked about what I think about sleeping there at Check out. While Check in i just received a key and got the information that my room is on the 2nd floor. Nothing more. There was not even warm water in the evening. Nobody speaking english, no staff, no help. Ghost hotel.

I specifically liked the location - the hotel is situated close to the port, where the ships to Slanicky ostrov depart. Also close to the Slanicky dvor, with the outdoor pool, which is available also for the public, for 7€/day. After active days full of walking and hiking it is nice to have a swim and relax at the water. We were disappointed by the water dam, which is unfortunately significantly dirty. At the time of our stay (18-22.7.2022) we have seen only 1 person swimming in the Orava dam. Based on information from some local people in Namestovo, the city doesn't care much about the cleanliness of the water dam. The hotel staff was very nice, highly professional, and willing - exceeded our expectations!!! Breakfast bit not worth the price (8€) - buffet style, but not very wide selection. Bread was little bit stale. But on the other hand, great and fresh doughnuts. We also liked a little cafe/winery on the ground floor, with amazing freshly baked cinnamon buns and traditional Moravsky cake every morning for a very good price. Must try it. We would have dinners mostly in the hotel restaurant and those were definitely nice (we were also positively surprised by the tasty "neapol" pizza - of course can't expect the Italian kind of pizza, but provided this was in Slovakia, it was good) Menu prices were also fine.

We stayed in an economy room - so the size of the room was quite small. But I think it was definitively worth the money. Also very clean, the bathroom was also good. And there are so many beautiful & interesting places to see around, that you probably won't spend much time in the room.
