Frühstück top, Tische sehr luftig verteilt, Regionale Produkte, diverse Brotsorten etc. Lage: Gut, die U-Bahn U3 direkt zum Stadion St. Pauli, den Landungsbrücken bzw. HBf ist nur ca. 5-8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt gelegen. Auch direkte Busse dahin direkt vor der Türe. kein Verkehrslärm etc.

Es gibt ja zwei Häuser, deshalb könnte das hier nicht für beide Häuser gelten. Bad/WC etwas beengt. Für Besucher*innen mit höherem Bodymassen könnte das problematisch werden. Es gibt zwar einen Lift, aber leider auch noch eine handvoll Treppen dahin. Für Menschen mit einer Einschränkung könnte das zum Problem werden. Ob es über den Keller etc. direkt in den Aufzug geht kann ich aber nicht sagen. Zur Sicherheit sollte man da vielleicht beim Hotel nachfragen, ob das im anderen Gebäude barrierefrei gelöst ist. Aber wie gesagt, dass ist wirklich Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Für mich persönlich war das so absolut in Ordnung.

Les lits étaient confortables, la douche était facile d'utilisation et bien chaude, bon débit d'eau. Il y a une considération pour l'environnement et l'économie d'énergie. Le personnel était dynamique et sympathique. C'était propre, bien décoré, bien agencé, grand, calme.

Nous n'avons pas pu tester la salle de sport par manque de temps (rien à voir avec l'hôtel).

The staff were amazing 👏 very friendly and welcoming! Malony, if you're reading this, I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you're such an amazing soul..💖 The location of the hotel was relatively close to everywhere! No hassle whatsoever 👌 public transportation was very frequent and easy to get to wherever we wanted to visit. Hamburg is my place to go. Thanks to all the staff members; Latts, Aman and Malony. Sorry if I've butchered your names😬🤭see you again mates!

We chose the hotel to be near a specific event. Clean well presented rooms, air con, helpful front desk staff, we didn’t take breakfast as we were out early so can’t comment on this. comfy beds, good shower close to metro station

Everything was great, staff is very friendly.

Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location not very attractive in terms of tourist spots, but convenient in my case as I was visiting a couple of friends that live close to the hotel.

The main building entrance was closed due to construction works, so guests needed to use a secondary entry which was a flight of downstairs, and then another flight of upstairs to get to the main hall. As I was travelling with two children and a baby stroller, this diversion to get in and out of the hotel made my days more difficult.

They were doing construction work in the room next door starting at 07.00 in the morning. My son had to study in the room and that was impossible because of the banging.
