Lovely view past the rooftops below. A bit farther to the beach than the pictures seemed but not bad. Need better pillows!

Very quiet, comfortable little condo with incredible view... I napped. I never nap.... FYI, bring your own salt and pepper. Other than that, it's all there.

We have always stayed in Cannon Beach or seaside. I had no idea that Gearhart was right there. This condo was great! Awesome view from the main room. We will be going back for sure. It's nice having the golf course across the street. We had some drinks at McMenamins and it was a quick walk across the street back to this place. It was well kept. I found myself laughing trying to get the shower to turn on, after a few minutes I found out that you need to pull down on the water spout. We will definitely book this again.

Had a great relaxing weekend at the place! Everything was easy to find and worked well! Neighbors were quiet as well.

You won't find a better deal than this! We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 kids (3 and 1 year old). The view from the balcony was incredible! The balcony is south-facing and would get very nice and hot during the day even in September. We also loved the indoor pool & hot tub on premises and were using it every evening after sunset. The place is dated but very comfortable. We will definitely be back again!

Clean, comfortable and nice views. Easy access to one of the quietest and pretty beaches around. Don’t miss the sunset! Great location to be if you plan to visit Astoria and Cannon Beach areas! I typically prefer to rent a house when we are traveling but I was pleasantly surprised how quiet the entire building was and never heard any neighbors from inside the condo. I would stay again.

Overall, this place was perfect for celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. It was beautiful inside and out. Our view of the ocean was stunning and it was just a short walk to the beach. The only issue was the internet connection was pretty spotty, but we spent most of our time outdoors, so it was not a huge issue for us. We would book this place again.

Cozy with lovely view of the ocean! Perfect place to be away from the tourist traps; practically an empty beach, it was awesome. It’s a little on the older side but we had everything we needed. Some odd late night noises from the parking lot. We were excited to be able to use the pool & hot tub, plus the pool noodles provided by the owners were a huge bonus! There was really loud construction noise adjacent to us everyday but management was very responsive & compensatory. The shower puzzled us for a bit but we finally figured out to pull down on the tub faucet. Definitely need to bring your own spices & oil for cooking. A few things that would make a significant difference: a new dishwasher (the loudest appliance I have ever heard; do not turn it on when you’re still in the condo!), a set of actual cereal/soup bowls (we had to reuse the same 2 small mixing bowls to eat cereal bc the ones provided are condiment sized, please provide a new sharp chef’s knife (the one there is so dull it is unsafe & unable to sharpen w/ the sharpener) and full length blackout curtains in the loft would help better block out the extremely bright light reflecting through the window from the rooftop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall!

This was a very nice condo, clean, accessible, and no surprises. The view of the Pacific was delightful!

The location was perfect for us. The view from the condo is stunning! The cleanliness was less than desired. There was a used mask sitting on a bedside table in the loft, the throw pillows on the bed and couch smelt like dust, BAD. The kids (4 and 11) and I slept great, but my husband found the bed extremely uncomfortable. The dishwasher was full, not sure if they were clean or dirty, so we ran it again and it is the loudest dishwasher I think I've ever heard. The wifi is non existent, so if that's an issue for you, be aware. The condo is outdated, but comfortable enough. The view makes up for the other issues. We didn't spend much time at the condo, overall it suited our needs, but we won't rent this one again.

It had everything we needed for our trip to the coast. Our little man enjoyed the puzzles and books and movies left at the rental. We enjoyed the view and proximity to the beach. We walked down nightly. Such a great experience. WIFI was spotty half the unit, but that was not something we relied on much while we were out having fun at all the great beach spot!

My partner and I loved the place! The views were superb and had everything we could have wanted! This was a great place to stay and we are keeping this spot as a must-return.

Pros: The unit has a fantastic view of the ocean and beach, with a short walk to the beach. Cons: The condo unit is set up for shorter individuals with a very low bathroom counter and a shower head my 6 foot husband had to bend down in order to take a shower. The dishwasher is old and very noisy, where it was difficult to carry on a conversation when it was turned on. The audio on the inexpensive TV was pretty bad so we avoided watching TV because of that. The condo owners would improve the renter's experience a great deal if they bought a new dishwasher and had a better quality TV.

My kids (21 & 15) and I had a very relaxing time in Gearhart, Oregon. We didn't travel with our senior dogs (my husband stayed home), so this no-pet unit was perfect. We either walked to the beach to spend time or stayed in the room to enjoy the ocean view from the balcony. We needed vacation but wanted to avoid people. The Gearhart Beach is a hidden gem with much less people! We also went to Cannon Beach but only stayed there for 15 mins before returning to the Gearhart Beach due to too many people (far enough but uncomfortable enough without masks). Having 3 beds were perfect for us. There were no info as to how to check in, but we figured out once arrived as this was a room of condo in golf resourt & hotel, so I checked in at their front desk area. It was very quiet at night, but it starts get a bit noisy before 8am or earlier as I assume people get ready to play golf? But overall we are very happy and recharged before another quarter of remote learning and working in fall! We will definitely stay there again!

The condo was great! Decorated nicely and plenty of space. If air conditioning isn't provided though, please provide small fans. It was warm and we had to open the windows and it was SO loud, especially at night. Bedroom looks out to parking lot so of course you will have noise. In addition, there is construction noise and service noise from Mcmennamins. We were not able to get into the unit until after 5 pm. There was no guest book telling us how to check out or anything, although one was supposed to be in the living room. Awesome selection of board games and books. The toilet flushes very violently and scares you every time. Beautiful view of the ocean and beds were comfy.

We found this condo last minute. My husband and two teen boys had a two night getaway. Close to the beach. Easy access. Patio view of the beach/sunset. Great layout and room to spread out. Adequately stocked with everything we needed and just across the street from the pub (nice touch) Prompt response from the owners when we had a question and super easy check in!

Never stayed in Gearhart before and loved the experience. As a family with a 1-year old who naps during the day, it was great being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy a beautiful view of the beach.

We had such a great time at the property... it’s perfect size for a family with the bedroom and loft space upstairs with two beds. Kitchen is well stocked to prepare your own meals or just run across the street to grab take out. Highly recommend this listing over other listings at the same property as the top floor view is incredible!

My sister and I booked your place last minute as the lodgings we had in Seaside were not as advertised and therefore not comfortable...Too dark, dirty, the property was not well kept. Your unit gave us joy and peace of mind. And the view!! OH MY GOSH...could not have been better. I could hear the sea and birds but not people. It was a little slice of heaven. Thank you,

Great place to stay...clean, well maintained (daily housekeeper even did the dishes for us!) and the phenomenal view speaks for itself! Would HIGHLY recommend this top floor unit, as it's just a few minutes to Seaside (and much cheaper!) and Cannon Beach. Soft sounds of the surf in the background. Bonus was spotting a herd of elk in the meadow behind the beach.
