Close to Seaside, not too many stairs and roomy accommodations.

I know you can’t control the weather but good job on that! It was perfect!

This was our third stay at Gearhart by the sea. The condo is perfect with nice view of ocean, quiet neighborhood , and plenty of elk right outside your balcony.

Everything was fine except individual room heating was challenging as thermostats were either missing or difficult to control; Several kitchen outlets did not function

We had a great time! Our fishing trip got cancelled but we decided to still come and have a getaway. Instead of 5 it was just us 2. The property is great, the condo was just as described. Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner provided along with anything else you could need. We want to come back to this condo annually. We saw the elk and the property was clean and exactly as described in the ad. I love the way they made the games a part of their decor. If you book this condo you won’t be disappointed.

Just as promised on the internet. Surprisingly well stocked kitchen and everything was very clean.

We loved our stay - everything was very comfortable and clean, all the amenities we needed, great vibe, and the view couldn’t be better.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for me and my kids. This portion of our vacation was done without my husband. It was truly peaceful and felt safe. I was not comfortable alone with the kids in Portland. I am so glad we headed out to the coast. The condo was a perfect space for us all to spread out. We enjoyed the super close location to the beach. There were lots of eating places nearby and it was convenient to Haystock Rock, Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park.

Very good. Prefer top floor as it has better view, but first floor had some view of ocean. Don’t miss the cafe in downtown Gearhart! Excellent food!

The area is really nice and quiet. The condo is a great location, easy access to the beach and having McMenamins so close was great. The condo is older and could use some minor repair/update, but overall a great place to stay. By the way, for those of you wondering, it does not have a Keurig, so be sure to bring ground coffee for the Mr. Coffee. :) :)

We booked this condo the day before for a weekend getaway. Having a kitchen and 2 bedrooms was a must for us with our 2 1/2 year old. The property was a short walk from the beach and the kitchen was fully equipped, so we were able to cook most of our meals. It was very clean and quiet. We only used the pool once, but it was indoors and we had it all to ourselves. Only an 8 minute drive to downtown Seaside and the street it’s on has a stoplight onto 101 which was nice. We didn’t realize but the property is right next to a McMenamins and we ate at the restaurant there (it was super delicious ). We can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The space was quiet and provided all the amenities we needed and the location was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The access to the beach was terrific as were the views from the patio. There was ample room for the three of us and it had all the amenities you would need. The condo itself could use some love. The front door is difficult to unlock and open and one of the bathrooms did not have a exhaust fan. The condo could use a refresh but overall we enjoyed our time there very much and would return.

Great view, the unit is dated, but charming with lots of character. There was not a check out process listed anywhere that we could find, but that was the only hiccup, to an overall great time!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at this property! The view was amazing and we loved that we could walk right onto the beach. Open floorpan was great and a short walk to Mcmenimans for food or drinks.

Great place to stay and would book it again.

I loved my stay, so close to the ocean and the golf course. I came in October so it was pretty quiet, which I liked. Great walks on the beach and driving to other beach cities. Nice to be able to order from the hotel restaurant across the street.

We loved everything as much as we could. A few of things to keep in mind. 1. The bedroom with the slider has a lock that is broken and won't lock. The dishes need to be upgraded. One of the plastic bowls cracked on us with food in it. There is only kitchen towel. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to come back regardless of the things I mentioned.

Nice clean condo with well outfitted kitchen and appliances. Fantastic seating throughout, great wi-fi and televisions, Could use an outside hose to wash sand off the feet and a less sticky front door but beyond that a wonderful place to stay.

Great place for our family to stay while visiting the Oregon coast - coastal views in a clean unit - what more could you ask for?!?

In the right place to enjoy the beach

We had a very nice time here. I did have to reach out to management for check-in procedures the day of arrival instead of them contacting me, but that went smoothly. The address on the listing was not accurate, put Gearhart by the Sea in maps for check-in location. I know it's not typically hot at the Oregon coast, but at least one fan in the condo would have been nice during that heat wave. Otherwise it is a lovely, well appointed condo in a great location, a short walk to the beach.
