This was an older condo in Gearhart but everything was in great shape and well maintained. The condo had a little dust around the T.V. but was otherwise clean. I wasn't expecting the ocean view so we were pleasantly surprised. We don't typically travel with our dog so I honestly didn't know what to expect from a condo that allows dogs. I was hoping there wouldn't be an odor from other people's pets. My husband, who has a sensitive nose for that kind of thing, didn't notice any smells or odors. The bed was comfortable, the condo was stocked well enough and provided all that we needed for our quick weekend getaway with our teens.

The lanai was perfect for watching fireworks all the way down the coast through Seaside. Also morning coffee on the lanai was the best way to start the day. And such a cozy bed!

Quiet, relaxing, with gorgeous view. Perfect weekend getaway! Look forward to returning in the future.

Really enjoyed our short stay

Property was great. Spent a few quiet days clamming and relaxing.

It was nice w/ a full kitchen and wood burning stove because it rained for our entire stay, so the amenities made it nice and cozy.

Nice clean condo, well furnished and well equipped. East walk to the beach and right across the road from McMennamins!

Great location if you’re traveling with your dogs. Canine rest area is just down a flight of stairs near your condo. Only issue we had was a condo owner a couple doors down doing repairs for over aa day . Lots of drilling and pounding which pretty much ruined one of our days. I called the Mgr at the front office and was basically told tough luck. Nevertheless, the rest of our stay was very relaxing and pleasant . Ps Terrific shower pressure !
