Very cheap. Kind and helpful staff. Close to everything. Great wifi. Nothing really to complain about.

You can hear every one outside your room (music, talking, shouting, etc.) so maybe bring a pair of earplucks. But if you are not a light sleeper you will have no problem.

Very friendly staff. Nice room with private bathroom with hot shower. You can borrow motorbike and they can arrange busses to everywhere for reasonable prices. Decent food for ok prices.

The school next door was a bit noisy during day. The bed was not very comfortable.

lovely and friendly owners. helped us set up a kayaking tour to see the dolphins but be aware there is a boat you can go on to see them which I would of preferred but the option wasn’t given.

was clean in the fact was no hair or anything but quite a few little bugs like ants in our room. also we didn’t have any hot water

We just didn't appreciate the owner when she didn't tell us about our van arriving to pick us up to go to Mondolkiri while we were just preparing our bags up. We went down, saw a couple of van, and we said ok it's not ours, then we wait for almost 20 mins and nothing. We asked the owner and then she just told us that it came and we were not there so the guy left. I mean come on!!She didn't even called us while we were on top, or even told us when we went down. We had to ask her. And she was just infront of us the whole time while we were watchinh others going to their vans. It was absolutely because we didn't book it with her! I mean, we also have a 3 year old child and she coulf just be nice and tell us. Luckily we called the guy who booked us the ride and he let the driver went back as fast. Seriously, Not nice of her. On top of that, there was a guy shouting at us telling that we are supposed to go to the terminal if we didn't book with them. It's only if we booked with them if we want to be picked up there. Liar. So really didn't appreciate anything there. The room was nothing extravagant. The food was blant. They just gave us an instant noodle when we ordered the food in the menu. The only positive thinh I can say is that the husband is really nice and he speaks french.

We were there end of November, 4nights/3days, room #403. Towels and bed were clean, WLAN worked well, the TukTuk driver and kayaking guide they recommended (Mr. Perum) was very nice and competent. AirCon and fan worked, shower warm, mirror in bathroom. Can watch sunset from the roof.

There is obviously a leakage/water drain from the bathroom into the bedroom. They do not dry it every day, they just put two disgusting rags in the two places, which of course never dry. So they are a perfect breeding ground for bacteria and the like. I put it out on the second day and we thus could watch the "lakes" in the room grow daily for some centimeters. I told the owners and showed them the problem. They smiled... They said they would clean, but we had to find a broom and a scoop ourselves. But the lakes we did not touch. The owners did not give a damn, did not clean or dry the room. Nothing. And there were lots of jumping flies in the room, which not bite but keep falling on you. (Mayflies??) Very steep stairs.

The staff is welcoming and there is a restaurant downstairs.

It's not the cleanest and cosiest place I've been but it's OK if you don't have a big budget. It's also a little bit far from the Cool restaurants, even though you can find some appealing restaurants around where locals go.

Room was comfy, next time would definitely opt for aircon as the rooms are insanely hot with just a fan
